Our 'delight' experience started with design consultant Kerry Stewart. She explored various solutions, including creating space by changing the direction of the bathroom door.
The work took a week and was expertly overseen start to finish by Liam (our Project Manager). Communication was very good throughout. As ever there were a few snags, and minimal change on installation, all handled well and quickly. We used to have a bath and shower. We now have a modern quality walk in shower, vanity and basin unit. My wife and I would highly recommend Wickes.

Rude or very blunt staff.
The man on the till aged late 50’s is very blunt & unhelpful. Did witness the same reaction with other customers.
There’s a lady on the shop
Floor that has a very bad attitude that shouldn’t actually be facing customers.
Apart from that the shop is badly laid out. Quite hard to find things compared to how it used to be.
I’ve been shopping at wickes for 30 plus years & it’s not how it used to be. There are some very helpful staff that will go out of the way to help, just a shame the others let the place down & will be shopping more at other home improvement stores in the future.

Wickes has been incredibly supportive of our primary school, generously providing play sand and compost to support our curriculum. These resources have made a real difference to our outdoor learning, helping pupils develop hands-on skills through play, gardening and exploration. The support we received truly enhanced our learning activities. We’re very grateful for Wickes’ community commitment to supporting local schools and enriching children’s education. Order took 3 weeks to be delivered. During this time the online help was a joke. Good products but delivery and helpline is a joke.

Staff in the store are extremely helpful, assisting me with product choice, manoeuvring heavy items and in store deals.
Lucy at the tills was especially helpful.

Just had our dream kitchen designed and supplied via the Coventry store. The entire process has been a pleasure. Special thanks to Jade Mulvey for the design and help during the entire process. Would highly recommend.

Rosie was so patient and knowledgeable. She even came in on her day off to see us. Excellent Customer Service experience and would definitely recommend to friends and family. thank you Rosie you made finding a kitchen stress free.

Booked an appointment for new kitchen cabinets and appliances Rosey who was our kitchen planner was lovely very helpful and did our plan and booked our kitchen to be delivered took us just over 2 hours spent the best part of 3 thousand pounds to go back today to pick tiles came home to a letter from G4 saying because we stayed over one hour thirty minutes we now have a parking fine of £60 if paid in 14 days or £100 think this is disgraceful that you were a customer who was spending that amount of money and charge you that well tomorrow I’m back at Wickes called into Wickes today and the nice assistant manager sorted this out for us so Thankyou for that it was just a shock apparently because people park there and go into town to go shopping so don’t have to pay for parking is why this is in place and we should of been told they have a barcode that can be scanned if you have proof that you are a genuine customer thanks again wickes sorry about misunderstanding

Jade was extremely helpful in getting our bathroom designed to our liking and we had an amazing fitter who fitted it perfectly without any issues. A few items were delivered in the wrong option but Jade got them sorted and re-ordered instantly!

We visited Wickes to look at kitchen options and was put in touch with Jade who visited us to measure our kitchen and then discussed options. Throughout this Jade was fantastic to deal with gave us some great ideas, we really appreciate the time and efforts throughout!

Received my order today, timber very damp and two pieces are damaged,
I rang Coventry wickes ,I was put through to a very obstructive chap telling me that it had rained and that is why my wood was wet , couldn't tell me when it did rain because he is not a weatherman, then told me that a collection and delivery could not be done because it had gone past 12.00 midday, I live 45 minutes away. The new delivery will now be tomorrow but as I was about to ask for an early time am he slammed the phone down on me.
This is not the customer care I am used to and he certainly needs to go back to charm school.
Very satisfied with the Rugby branch but they could not supply my needs this time, I even asked for an extra length of timer to be thrown in as an inconvenience to me was caused

Jade was very helpful and provided excellent service at home and in store visit. She really helped my husband and I put a vision together for our bathrooms. Jade is an asset to the team, great designer!

Jade, our designer, was really informative and accommodating, made sure we understood key steps of the process and regularly checked in with us regarding the kitchen we purchased.

We thought the kitchen was great value for both the product and installation and all issues raised during the process (only
minor for missing items or ones requiring exchange) were handled quickly and with professionalism.

Our kitchen was fitted through Kenan’s Kitchens and they were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable and went out of their way to help us even during some more stressful moments caused by the delivery.

Would recommend both highly and will be considering Wickes again for future renovations for our bathroom etc

We’d just bought a house and was in dire need of a new bathroom as we were struggling with the small amount of space we had. We had shopped around but didn’t think none was able to fulfil our needs. One afternoon Jade was able to squeeze us in and we managed to come up with an amazing design there and then.

Communication was great throughout and she was very prompt to reply to any questions we had regarding our fitting.

The builders allocated to the job were fantastic and got the job done within 4 days. Not a single issue either.

my brand new kitchen has been left with wires exposed 15 points on a snagging list... builders language was a disgrace in front of my children. lack of communication from wickes, paid for a kitchen in full with fitting to be left with an unusable kitchen no one taking accountability and to top it off i have a special needs child that could easily get electrocuted or anyone could if they used the sockets. do not buy a kitchen from here trading standard and obusmen is involved

I contacted Coventry Wickes as I was in need of items for a school project. Craig at the store was incredibly helpful and went out of his way by visiting other stores to get everything we needed. His kind generosity with this donation and help in gathering the items we needed has really helped the children at our school and we are very grateful - Thank you.

Regan the operations manager was so helpful. His customer services skills are exemplary. We couldn’t ask for a better service.

I contacted the Coventry store regarding a donation through their community project. I explained that I wanted to upgrade an outdoor area at my school. Craig, the store manager was so helpful with this. I chose the items that I needed and he made sure that they were available for when I needed them.
Throughout the process, Craig has been efficient and eager to help.
I cannot recommend this store more highly. Thank you so much.

Big store great selection of paint and service with a smile- will be back

After meticulous research, extensive visits to kitchen showrooms, and apprehension about the potential disruption, I made an informed decision to purchase a Wickes kitchen from the Coventry store. The outcome has surpassed my expectations.
The kitchen, expertly designed by Rosey McLean, exudes beauty and functionality. Her product knowledge and unwavering dedication to achieving perfection were evident throughout the process. Her ability to address my inquiries with ease and professionalism was commendable.
The installation was carried out to perfection by Kenan and Mo. Their exceptional skills and meticulous attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the work. Kenan kept me informed of each step of the process and coordinated all the necessary parties, including the electrician and PWS, who installed the Quartz worktops to a beautiful standard. The quality of the worktop was stunning . Andy and his colleague were equally perfectionists in their execution.
The entire experience was seamless, from Rosey’s creative design and enthusiasm to Kenan and Mo’s exceptional skills and high-quality workmanship.
If you are considering installing a kitchen, I highly recommend Wickes Coventry and strongly suggest hiring Kenan and Mo for the installation. The results will be exceptional and you will not be disappointed.
