Delivery driver was spot on and really helpful with unloading the items delivered.

I called today to collect some items I had ordered. It was busy and I had to wait at the collection point. A young man (Joseph) was serving on the till but immediately acknowledged me with a smile. He quickly called a colleague to cover the till so he could serve me. He took the heavy items I’d ordered to my car and loaded everything into the boot. He was exceptionally polite and helpful, a credit to your store! Many thanks!

The delivery was on time and my items arrived in perfect condition the delivery driver was friendly and helpful.would recommend.

I always use Wickes when buying anything heavy because the delivery guys will bring it indoors for me. The delivery last week was excellent really friendly and helpful guy. Great service can't be beaten.

Came into store saturday to get some bags of sand and cement, the area was barricaded off with yellow barriers, while i was stood waiting for the forktruck to do what it was doing the driver told me he would only be a minute, once the truck was out of the way the driver named Craig came and helped me put the bags onto my barrow and away i went, as i am getting on a bit its nice that workers will help without having to be asked, i really appreciated it and it saved my back more stress, will be back again

Delivery was reasonably priced. Driver was helpful and friendly.

Really good price for the product, saved £20 compared to another well known retailer. I received a text with updates, my order was delivered in the time frame stated and the driver was really friendly.

Order some paint via internet, very good value for money

Fabulous experience with Julian from start to finish, in designing , adjusting & choosing our new kitchen for our extension. He put me & my husband both at ease, built a kitchen to suit our wish list & lifestyle and budget! Really knowledgeable , easy going, and totally went the extra mile in problem solving every aspect of the design to achieve our dream kitchen!!

Been into the chesterfield store today and the staff was really helpful. Chloe helped guide me towards the correct gate latches I needed and nothing was ro much trouble. Definitely one of the best wicks iv been in

Chesterfield must have the most ignorant staff ever. They all seem to have attitude problems. I honestly don’t think there is one person who works there that has any customer service skills.
Retrain the lot of them.
Collect my order around 7:30 Friday 13th feb to be greeted by a female with a massive attitude problems.

Dean our kitchen designer was great. He listened to what we wanted and catered the kitchen to our needs. He was friendly and very knowledgable. The price also came in under budget which was a bonus.

Ian was really helpful, gave valuable advice on suitable underlay and sorted the kitchen stuff.
Great service and decent prices.
Short queues despite the time of day.
