The blokes that delivered the wood were nice enough, however they only delivered 7/8 items before heading off. Called Wickes customer service straight away, after ten mins they picked up, informed me that that will send a replacement. Over two weeks later I am still waiting for this…

Excellent customer service
I had an excellent experience when visiting today as I found the staff to be very helpful. In particular, Raeesah was very knowledgable and easy to talk to, which made my experience go very smoothly. She was very patient with me as I had many questions on the item I purchased as it wasn’t something I was familiar with. I would definitely visit this store again! 10/10 and would recommend!!

Misery Guts
Delivery was prompt and on time but was delivered by the most miserable man I've ever met. Didn't offer to bring the very heavy doors inside the doorway for me, just left them and walked away. Having said that, the delivery overall was very good value.

I’ve given it one star
I’ve given it one star. Because I can’t do zero.
I was told after ordering Monday that I’d get it Tuesday. Tuesday came and went. Nothing Wednesday, so I called head office Wednesday and was told I wouldn’t be getting it til Friday. Shocking. And I’m down £720 in Labour. Thanks Wickes

I ordered 3 lengths of 2x4 and one…
I ordered 3 lengths of 2x4 and one fence post on Sat 26th July and got it delivered on Mon 29th July. Pretty good delivery times!
The young lad that delivered it was so kind to carry it all the way from my front door, through the hallway and leave it on my patio in the back garden. I really appreciated that.

Great service and affordable delivery charge
I order from Wickes quite a lot as the delivery fee is very reasonable. You choose the day and get a call a few minutes before they arrive and it's to the door.
