Visited store today staff very helpful especially Selena and her co-worker. Nothing was to much trouble , a resounding 5 stars.

Went there for a heavy purchase customer service was amazing especially sion carried it right to the car

Just had a kitchen fitted from Wickes and I fully recommend them. James Southgate, the designer, was particularly helpful during the whole process which happened quickly and smoothly. Thank you very much.

I visited the store last week
I was after paint. I could only find one on the shelf and a very helpful assistant went above and beyond to find me another , she went to the where house and had to move pallets but eventually found me my paint . She went above and beyond.Her name was Sian !

A wonderful experience.

Angela at the Caerphilly store went way above and beyond to ensure my 3 kitchens were ordered for a large renovation project I’m carrying out. Would highly recommended. Her knowledge and patience were second to none.

I recently purchased both a kitchen and a bathroom from Wickes and had a really great experience from start to finish. Ian Baker from the Caerphilly store visited my home to measure up and design everything, and I honestly couldn’t fault the service.
Ian really listened to what I wanted and designed everything exactly right. There were sales on at the time, so I also made some great savings, which was a bonus. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and had two in-store meetings to go over and check the designs. Apart from a few minor technical glitches, which were quickly rectified, everything was smoothly booked in.
I’m very happy with the design, quality, and overall service. Ian was a pleasure to work with — informative, down to earth, and extremely helpful throughout. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again.

Visited the store today and made a purchase. I received advice from Sion and Jacqui. I can't fault them, they were both extremely helpful and friendly. Sion even helped me get everything on the trolley and offered further help getting everything into the car.

Booked an appointment with Wickes for a new kitchen. James our kitchen designer listened to what we wanted. Advised us on the types of worktops they sold. We had already measured the width, height of the room. Drawing a plan of kitchen showing where the doors, windows and our appliances are in the room. My husband included the dimensions of each item which made it easier for James to play around with the virtual plan of the kitchen. James realised that if we spent more on the kitchen we would get a better deal price wise. The staff that we spoke to were very friendly and helpful.

Wow. I’ve been to quite a few Wickes stores across Wales over the past year. They have all been relatively good, but today I visited the Caerphilly branch. They were absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble and Selena went over and above to find what I was looking for. Thank you Wickes but especially thank you to Selena. 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌

I recently had two consultations with Ian Baker at the Caerphilly store and was so pleased to order my new kitchen! He was so helpful and very knowledgeable of all the kitchens and appliances. I was surprised at the high quality of Wickes kitchens. Would recommend you check them out if you are thinking about investing in a new kitchen.

My visit to Wickes was made easier as everything was laid out very clearly. I had a number of items to buy and was helped by a member of staff called Selena. I was able to discuss what I wanted and she gave recommendations in a very helpful and professional way, even helping to carry the items. It was like having a personal shopper and I'll certainly shop there again.

From the start.....
We had our kitchen measured on 28th November knowing its going to be a challenge as our house doesn't have dtrsight walls or ceilings...we call it quirky. James however worked with us to get the design we wanted and we are so looking forward to putting it all together. The design and material are absolutely amazing. We are so grateful to be working with James on this crazy project. We are really chuffed with what he came up with on the design and how it will all fit together.

What can i say! Absolutely brilliant. Jaqui and sion at wickes caerphilly gave us impeccable customer service and was so helpful on helping us set up a trades account, to which we are really thankful to jaqui for informing us about, as that contributed to great savings. Perfect for those in business! We were impressed on the punctuality of delivery and how confident, competent and professional the staff were in helping us. It was one of the best in store services we have received. They honestly couldnt do enough, and were so lovely. Like an absolute breath of fresh air! Thankyou to you both so much. The service has given us so much confidence with customer stock and supply that it diminishes any worry, and considering the busy time of year. The staff at wickes know how to run a show! Turned up on Sunday and found the store people so helpful and friendly, first visit to this store but will not be the last.
Parted with £5 cash for charity but the efforts of Jacqui, Meg & Sian it should have been worth a lot more.
