Fantastic customer service from Anthony who we met in store today. We couldn’t find something and he was really helpful and took us to the right place. Had the pleasure of being served by him at the till. Just an overall lovely young man who is smashing his job. Thank you!!!

Wickes Brentwood (8409)

Fantastic customer service during my visit to the store this week. Ant was super helpful with making enquiries for me on the system to find a product, and also processed a refund for me. Ant was very friendly and it goes a long way.

The Wickes employee, Navdeep, in the Brentwood branch was the person we dealt with from the start of our process of choosing, designing and installation our new Kitchen. We are now at the stage of having received and approved the design, the included equipment and associated extras that we required. Our Kitchen installer has “ site visited” and all arrangements and installation date have been agreed.
We have both been impressed by the manner in which this process has been progressing, Navdeep’s design was detailed and included all the elements we had asked for, he was very personable, skilled and professional in the dealings with us. The process was at no stage a “ sales pitch”, it was very much one in which we as customers were the highest priority. All stages, costs and implications were fully explained in detail at all times.
Our fitter, Kevin visited us as the first “ fitting and installation” phase and has proved to show the same excellent qualities as Navdeep.
So to sum up, Wickes has provided a Kitchen Design process that impressed us and so far, it has gone very smoothly

Great service from Pameet at Brentwood who was friendly and helpful with what I needed

We were after a refit on our en suite bathroom and contacted Wickes. Their consultant bathroom surveyor Navdeep Bhandal answered and arranged a visit. He came when he said and we visited the shop the next day where we got an estimate which was handled really well. To put in context other bathroom shops had messed us about for estimate so this was a good start. No heavy selling just a really good customer service approach to our estimate. We did not sign straight away and thought it through and decided to try wickes. The fitter came Arlo and the installation went good. Wickes sent out a surveyor on first day to check everything on site which was a nice approach. Customer service at wickes contacted me on the first day and also checked was i happy with everything so far which i was. At the end of the Job Navdeep Wickes surveyor asked if he could visit and checked to see if everything was okay which it was. Large companies can be tricky but Naveep at the Brentwood branch and the fitter Arlo and his team done a first class job.
