Our overall experience with Wickes has been so disappointing.
We had a new kitchen fitted in March 2026. In August 2026, the brand new freezer broke down, the strip between the ovens started to come off and the drain in the sink wasn't sealed properly so we reported these issues to Wickes. In september, a contractor visited to inspect these issues and said he would order the parts and arrange the repairs and the installation of the new freezer but then he messaged to cancel and Wickes has not yet arranged an alternative contractor to resolve the issues.
The replacement freezer was delivered in September and because it is integrated, it requires a professional installation. I have since then emailed Customer Relations several times to chase and despite being promised an update, we have still not received a resolution or a plan to when someone is coming to repair the issues and install the freezer.
The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating!!!!

Was in the brentwood shop early Friday morning and was served by Pushpa and found her to be most helpfull she is a credit to Wickes

I needed a new toilet seat for a suite I purchased 3 yrs ago from Wicks. It appeared to have been discontinued. So I attended the brentwood store and spoke to Pushpa who understood the issue. Pushpa made several phone calls on my behalf and took a considerable amount of time to find me an exact replacement. I cannot thank Pushpa enough as she found me one that will be sent out asap - and it was covered under the warrantee! Today far exceeded my expectations - but this is all down to Pushpa!

I cannot recommend Leanne Causer, Wickes Brentwood highly enough. From the moment we sat down to design our kitchen, the whole experience was exceptional.
Leanne was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and professional, and she genuinely took the time to understand what I wanted from the space. She listened to every idea I had, offered thoughtful suggestions and used her experience to guide me without ever making me pressured or rushed.
What impressed me most was her attention to detail. She thought about not only how the kitchen would look, but how it would actually work for us as a family day to day. Nothing felt like to much trouble, and she was happy to explore different ideas and options until everything felt right.
Designing a new kitchen can feel quite overwhelming, especially with so many decisions to make, but Leanne made the entire process enjoyable and exciting. I came away feeling completely confident in the design and genuinely thrilled with what she had created for us.
Leanne is an absolute credit to Wickes Brentwood. Her knowledge, creativity, warmth and customer service were outstanding,

We had a new kitchen fitted through Wickes at Brentwood.
Tunay in the store was very helpful in helping us to choose the design.
Our fitter Andrey inspired us with his vision. He came up with the solutions for all the problems that had to be resolved in our kitchen diner beyond our knowledge and imagination.

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Leanne who has designed our dream kitchen. She showed us just how we could have what we wanted and more. She has an amazing skill at taking your thoughts and ideas and turn it into a vision.

I was in the shop picking up my click and collected for top soil I was seen straight away and the staff member helped me to the car his name was Sunny, thank you for helping me great service

I went to the store to buy some paint and was helped by Tom he mixed some paint up for me he was very helpful he was very patient
