Well! what can we (my husband and I) say! from the very first meeting Jenny D was the absolute epitome of professionalism, curtesy, helpfulness and thoughtfulness. Jenny D was so knowledgeable about just about every product imaginable and I mean the wares we asked her about and even really good suggestions about the ones we didn't think about or know about. She showed us this fantastic walk-in larder unit that if it hadn't been for her we wouldn't have as our prize cupboard planned for our kitchen!
Jenny D made the whole experience of planning and ordering a new kitchen and bathroom much more bearable and even a pleasure...so much so that we have already recommended her in particular and Wikes in general to one of my husbands brothers.
She listened very carefully to how we used our current kitchen and designed our new kitchen around our needs, which shows not only did she know Wikes products and appliances very well but exactly the ones that would help us best over just giving us 'any old sale.'

We were having a new kitchen installed, and we chose Wickes at Bolton, this was due to their extensive range and pricing.
We were so lucky to work with a superb design consultant named Jenny Dooley. Jenny is a passionate individual, enthusiastic, approachable, and an excellent designer. She enjoys getting to know her clients, listening to them, offering solutions and guiding you through the process. The design she produced exceeded our expectations .
Our design was then passed on to Mike Howarth the kitchen installer, who brought Jenny’s design to fruition. He is an exceptional hard worker, professional in his attitude and work, approachable and kept us informed every step of the installation.
We were so lucky to work with these 2 individuals, and both provided an excellent service.

Having book a design consultation with Jennifer Dooley we found her to be very knowledgeable. We had a specific design layout we required and Jennifer was more than happy to guide us and help design our kitchen with the correct units with our measurements we provided. Jennifer had alot of patience as we changed a few aspects of our design when returning. She is very approachable and has a very bubbly character which makes you feel more relaxed. Thanks again Jennifer for your time and patience

Anthony was very knowledgeable and able to discuss different ideas with us to help us get the outcome we wanted. He knew the showroom displays well and how they were all fitted. Can definitely recommend and the showroom definitely shows the quality over other similar kitchen providers

Absolutely horrible, we had a call 30 mins before the appointment, just to be told that the kitchen prices are around 8k to 18k. We were also asked if we had any ideas or what we want the kitchen to look like which we answer yes just the colours and some ideas and then were told to take a picture of the kitchen and go to the store and do it in there.

He didn't even bother to come to the house and ask for our budget or see a way around it.

Really really bad customer experience from Adam.

The designer at the Bolton store, Antony, was superb from start to finish.
Excellent communication throughout, friendly, knowledgeable & made the process extremely easy.
Just made it a great experience, I’d have no hesitation in recommending his expertise

I bought a new kitchen from Wickes Bolton recently and was helped by the design consultant Adam McNamara. I also visited a few other stores but 2 things made me choose Wickes. The kitchen options and the knowledge and experience of Adam. He explained all my options, offering suggestions but never pushy. He was also happy to discuss any questions, lot's from me! and a few from the fitter - I used my own, as well as explainingthe process once 1 had signed up. I felt confident that I had made the right choice. I also need to mention the customer service team. A couple the doors were marked which can be expected but replacements were quickly sorted by the team who were always keen to assist and come to satisfactory solution. I would definitely recommend, Wickes, particularly Bolton.

From our first meeting, with Wickes Bolton’s Design Consultant Jenny Dooley in our own home to signing for our Dream Kitchen, Jenny has been absolutely amazing. We had a design in our imagination but didn’t know if it would be possible or within our budget. We had never done anything like this before and Jenny made it really easy by finding out what was most important to us. Meeting Jenny in the showroom to see the plans and choose the worktops and lighting etc was exciting and stress free with Jenny’s help and guidance. Everything came in on budget and we are now looking forward to having our New Dream Kitchen fitted.

We recently bought a new kitchen.
From walking into the Bolton Store, Adam McNamara the design consultant was very helpful and advised what was best for our needs.He came round to our house to measure up, was very professional at all times.
The kitchen fitter Darren did an excellent job, kept the mess down to a minimum and again was very helpful in his advice.
Overall, we are very happy with the service we received from Wickes and would recommend this company.

The Wickes service & design by Antony was excellent, plus the installation by Darren was second to none with superb attention to detail.
Finally, although on a budget, the lifestyle range selected was exceptional.

We saw Jennifer Dooley she was very welcoming, knowledgeable and great at giving advice. We were planning our kitchen and she gave us lots of ideas.

We have recently bought a kitchen from wickes Bolton. We haven’t fit it yet so we can’t comment on the delivery or the kitchen itself yet but I wanted to leave a review of our service so far. We only went into wickes to have a browse, we wernt inventing on purchasing and wanted to continue to get other prices elsewhere first. However, the designer we spoke to, Jenny is absolutely amazing. She makes everything so easy and comfortable that we went ahead and bought it. Jenny gave ideas to add to what we had already decided on, was extremely patient and genuinely just a lovely person.. we even bought the appliances in the end. If you want a kitchen, definitely speak to Jenny, amazing service and she genuinely cares !

Had a massive problem with our kitchen corner unit , one of the hinges broke , tried numerous kitchen stores looking for a replacement hinge to no avail.
Then I called into Wickes Bolton, and enquired about the hinge , Adam McNamara step up searched his data base and found the exact hinge I needed unfortunately Wickes didn’t stock this particular part but Adam found them on another supplier site,then emailed me the link to be able to order them .Top man Adam went the extra mile very grateful to him top marks

Waited all week for an appointment to be greated by a rude arrogant and abnoxious man called Adam. He asked us for sizes and because we hadnt measured floor to ceiling height of room he refused to help and told us to email him with sizes then he would email a kitchen over. So upsetting and unhelpful no customer service skills whatso ever he couldnt wait get rid of us.shame on you wickes

On deciding to replace our kitchen, we visited various suppliers. Once we had visited Wickes, looked at the displays and met the consultant there was only going to be Wickes in who we trusted to bring our vision to light.
The whole process was carried out very very smoothly and professionally.
We arranged a home visit , for measurements and design.
Followed up by a store visit to complete the design and order .
Both experiences were excellent.
The consultant went above and beyond to explain every detail and at no point did we feel pressured .

Information in the shop when first looking for kitchens was very informative re different products there was no rush or pressure from Adam McNamara who eventually became our design consultant he was fully informed re all appliances and components fittings etc.The ordering purchasing and delivery of the kitchen was smoothly carried out .
The kitchen fitter Oleg was very skilled in his job and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone very tidy worker

I’ve had the pleasure of being served by Alex Yaroiey on my first visit and Elisa Wacsll on the second — both provided excellent service. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and guided me to the right products for my needs. It’s great to see such professional and friendly staff who genuinely care about the customer experience. Highly recommended!

Purchased from Adam in the Bolton store, he did a fantastic design to suit my requirements. Fitted by Geoff, excellent fitter took care with everything, very knowledgeable and worked really hard. On time every day and worked a full day, really pleasant.
Overall fantastic experience would definitely recommend Wickes Bolton and Geoff the fitter.
