Fabulous service from Alice , who worked very hard to put our order into two deliveries so that it met the weight restrictions. Mike was very helpful in telling us that we could have a 500 cupboard and cut out a little of the casing so we could have the 600 sink that we wanted.and Danny was also great when I spoke to him today.
We really do like this Wickes store. The staff always go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

Mark kirkland, was very knowledgeable on products i wished to purchase, very helpful and talked me through the process of delivery. Highly recommend ,an asset to the company

Visited Wickes in Blackpool today and being in a bit of a quandary about which items which would best serve the job in mind I sought the assistance of a member of staff name of Helen, I found her help and advice extremely helpful her product knowledge, patience and understanding was exceptionally good, a real credit to her employers.

Would definitely recommend this shop. I went in today 17 April looking for 2 tins of fence paint which were out of stock. I was confronted by an assistant called Helen Cooper who went out of her way to check the stock at the back. Where 1 tin was found. She then proceeded to empty the full display at the front of the store to find me another tin. Customer Service at its very best. Items priced at a competitive price also bought Compost. Will definitely be returning. Thank you so very much Helen Cooper. You are a credit to Wicks

I returned 2 tins of paint and needed help with choosing a colour for my home and kath the duty manager was amazing

Excellent customer service throughout.
Neil listened to us and provided us with great products and guidance for our bathroom. We went in blind with ideas but he turned that around in no time , showing us products the sizes the tiles everything we needed!
We got Excellent service from Neil we'd have no problem at all returning to him in the future.

Will definitely use this store again, all the staff are lovely and friendly. Especially a young lad called Dan. Couldn’t do enough for us. Thanks again.

We went in recently to buy a storage container. Lovely lad called Dan (I think). Helped us out straight away, it was easy to build and very sturdy considering the wind we’re getting. Thankyou!

As the government stopped our heating allowance we had to buy heat logs for our log burner to keep warm.
During the winter we bought our logs from Wickes in Blackpool. 2 packs of 12 logs for £12.
Today we went for some more logs. So Wickes had a sign on the logs, REDUCED HEAT LOGS £6.50 a pack of 12 heat logs , 2 packs for £13.
I did point out they were cheaper in winter but obviously they think the public are stupid. Not surprised they have a lot of 1 star reviews.

Just been in for a new kitchen and bathroom, we had a brilliant Design Consultant called Neil Gregory, he designed our kitchen exactly how we wanted it, we saw it all come to life and can't wait, he also helped us with our bathroom. He is polite, helpful and knows his stuff. All staff here are nice and helpful too.

Kitchen Fitting

EDIT: despite their comment they've left... nothing has been sorted!

We paid a fair bit over £20k for a kitchen last year with the work starting in September. The work took a ridiculous 7 weeks to 'complete' but it's still not actually complete. The worktops, Minerva, were meant to be seamless/near invisible, they are far from it due to an error by the fitter (not cleaning the joint correctly/pushing the pieces closer enough together). Then we've found plenty of other issues since which are still not rectified 5 months on. I won't list, as not sure there is enough of a character limit!
We were told we'd get a refund for the worktops which I accepted, rather than replacing due to the disruption it would cause, subject to them being sanding and sealed, as this had not yet been fully completed. To which they have now told me it's extra cost because I had agreed to the refund. My agreement was based on accepting the refund on the poor fitting whilst expecting them to complete which I have in writing... let's see what happens there.
One issue I will share, my built in ovens and microwave are not secured to the unit, recently the oven came a little lose on me - serious H&S issue.
Bar the glaringly obvious fault with the worktops I've had no offer of compensation, no sign of the work being completed and I'm just left in limbo with a unsafe and uncomplete kitchen. I will also flag the leak we had on our radiator incorrect fittings were used, it's leaked in the Winter when the heating was on and has destroyed a tile, skirting board and of course some of the wall - so we now have a bit of skirting board missing and a hole in our wall.... I had to fix this leak myself!
Awful customer service, awful fitters... no compensation offered, no apology, nothing...

Expert service. Everything was excellent, the survey, the delivery and the fitting was all done in a professional manner. Our fitter was fantastic, we are really pleased with the kitchen. Our experience has been so positive,we would have no hesitation in recommending Wickes at Blackpool to anyone thinking of having a new kitchen.
