Back again to the Blackpool store to purchase more paving slabs and an equally stress free visit as Braidy offered to take the slabs from a shelf I could not reach, loaded onto trolly and then suggested when finished the checkout staff to give him a call and he would load them into my vehicle, so a huge thank you to the staff and especially Braidy an absolute gentleman

Nessa has served me a few times recently and is always helpful. The Blackpool store in general is very helpful

Awful service. Evening before delivery i received a text confirming delivery. On delivery day item didn’t arrive. I was told by their customer service that the item was returned to the store and offered another delivery date. When I asked why it was returned (I waited in all day) I was then told sorry they have none in stock and you will be refunded.(took several days to get my money back) Absolute shambles - will never use again

Great service from Dan as always. Speedy lead time and kitchen looks amazing.

The customer service received from Joy in the Blackpool store was second to none. She was kind, understanding and very helpful in resolving an issue I had with a refund from a 3rd party supplier. She, by far, exceeded the remote Customer Services Department and I cannot commend her enough.

Just wanted to thank Sam at Wickes store Blackpool. I went in for outdoor tiles and didn’t really know what I was looking for. Sam was very helpful in finding and ordering the tiles.

Made an online purchase of two kitchen worktops, with the delivery option.
The delivery was very quick, within a day or so.
Two of three metre work tops, a two man job you would think? No, driver only.
The store is a mile at most door to door, send another pair of hands for this delivery then drop the spare guy back to base.
Too easy eh? No, the driver asked my daughter to help! Really? Of course she helped, with then having a few aches and pains for a few days.
This is absolutely not a criticism of the driver at all . I would be confident that he’s a contractor.
This is down to Wickes. I am certain that if Wicks had asked one of their drivers to do this job he would have refused without having a helper.
It gets better!
On inspection of the first top the packaging was ripped, there was scratches and as a result of zero protection for the corners there was damage there. I fully expected the goods to come via an outside source, but they looked like they had been stored in the back corner of warehouse.
At this point we realised that they would have to be returned.
This is the reason for buying online and by credit card.
Then we had the Customer Service dept.
Another story.
Called the number,, automated answering system, twenty ish minutes ofyour call will be answered shortly’ Spoke to a very pleasant lady. I Explained the issue’s requested a return and refund. I sent photos etc, was told that the information would be sent to the store manager and I would be contacted by them later that day.
Needless to say it didn’t happen.
Next day I spoke to a different lady, not very pleasant experience, asked for the same details and photos. I explained that I had provided all of this the previous day. She said that she couldn’t
find it and asked that I send it again. I declined and explained that this was totally wasting my time.
I then called my cc company, got great advice on how to deal with it.
Emailed Wicks‘Customer Service’ a brief explanation requesting collection and a refund. By return email explaining that a delivery of replacement items would be arranged? Decline the delivery an return all of the good. This was all done.
Refund, that’s another story, Three weeks has now passed without a refund. I have emailed twice without any response.
To say that I’m unimpressed with the goods or the service would be an understatement.
As a matter of interest, we received the goods without any issues from a competitor whatsoever. The one with the orange sign

When to wicked to get some paint that were on offer, picked up two 2.5 Litres and two 5 Litres left them at the till and said QUOTE “ Can I leave them here I come back for them has I want to look around your store for some tiles”. Approximately 7 minutes t
Later I got got back to the tills area the paint had gone and they said it as been put back as a returns. Not quite the service I expected from wickes. Those them again for the second time and carried them for the second time. Appalling service to treat customers in that way.

The staff were e extremely helpful and kind in helping us at our local cat sanctuary by providing some essential maintenance materials and enabling us to continue helping the homeless and abandoned cats of the fylde coast and Vanessa from wickes was more than helpful with helping the charity

From start to finish Anna Pawelczak was amazing. She helped us create our new kitchen which we are thrilled with.
Everytime we came into the shop, which was many, she greeted us with a huge smile and nothing was too much effort for her.
If you want a pleasurable experience in choosing your new kitchen I wouldn't hesitate for you to go to her.

Both top lads and really helpful from start to finish. Mark especially went above and beyond to help us out and genuinely couldn’t have done more. Luke was spot on as well when serving us and made everything nice and easy.

Really appreciate all the help lads, proper good customer service and a credit to the store.

Well I've been coming in to Wicks Blackpool for months trying to 'do up'my house and lets just say questioning life choices, but on on the plus met Helen c who is just great when I walk in. Happy to help, nothing is to much, shows me where everything is. Just a genuine nice lady. Plus love the wicked hair styles too

Hi, went in store today looking for Kitchen cupboard hinges, a member of staff called Brodie was very helpful and helped me find the correct hinges. Brodie is a credit to the store and gives Wickes a good name. 5 stars for Brodie.

Nipped in for a quote for a new kitchen. Anna helped us there and then and did a quick quote which came back £1,000 cheaper than my cheapest quote from competitor's. I booked in an appointment for the following week to order my kitchen and Anna had remembered all my requirements, was so fast and super efficient. She helped with all my questions, showed me different colours and options to match and was just really lovely, professional and great at what she does! Thank you so much, really happy with the service and looking forward to the kitchens arrival!

I picked a gate for my garden, it was covered in bord poo, I asked the front desk have you any more gates the lady said no, she said it's just bird poo, I said can you wipe it off, she said Sam can you get him some wipes to wipe it off. I then told the lady I was about to get breakfast and didn't want to wipe it , the lady just paused to where super Sam stepped in said il wipe it , just leave some good feedback so here I am haa.

We applied for a grant through Wickes in the community for a project run at a local Blackpool charity that supports the local community. Nessa was absolutely wonderful in helping us gather items that we need to be able to run our learn and loan workshops. It was very quick and easy and Nessa was a lovely welcoming member of staff that helped us in deciding what we needed.

Very helpful staff members both on the till (Helen C) and the warehouse. Thanks 😁
