Rita, our Design Consultant, was extremely helpful, efficient and patient and clearly enjoys her job.

I would recommend her service.

We had Jamie help us choose our options in store and couldn’t have asked for better service. He was super friendly, professional, and really down to earth. He genuinely listened to what we were looking for and didn’t try to upsell us on anything we didn’t need. We couldn’t fault his service at all – a fantastic experience from start to finish!

Paul the design consultant is lovely. So helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions about my kitchen design. I'm due to go into the store this week to see the finished result. Really looking forward to seeing it. Will follow up when the kitchen has been fitted.

As a scout group we s have little funds for maintenance of our hut.
To allow inclusion of disabled youth we needed to add an accessible toilet.
We approached Wickes Birkenhead and they donated some items from our shopping list and gave 10% reduction on other items.
This was such a boost to our project as funds are limited.
Many thanks to store manager Kate for all her help and assistance.

Was at store today and was served by James who was exceptionally helpful from start to finish. Interrupted what he was doing to search for our product then disappeared to get it and even served us on payment. Very professional throughout and a credit to the store.

We had a great experience with Wickes Kitchens, thanks especially to Rita. She took the time to be patient with us, made sure we were completely happy with what we chose, and guided us through the process with real care and professionalism. Nothing felt rushed, and all our questions were answered clearly. We’re really looking forward to our new kitchen being installed and would happily recommend the service based on our experience so far.

Received a delivery of logs. Delivery driver made sure all the heavy bags were put exactly where I wanted. Delivery was earlier than expected too. First class service.

I booked an appointment for someone to visit my house and take measurements and provide design/quote.

Someone called me a day before and tried to conceive me to visit their store before the appointment because he thought I booked their services because it was free and I would never buy from them. This made me angry and I cancelled my appointment. Disappointed! The man sounded lazy.

Rita is an amazing designer so helpful and made me feel at ease with such a big project ahead and not having ever picked my own kitchen before she got the look I wanted straight away and the colour is amazing I'm so happy with it thank you Rita!
Just one problem with one scratched drawer front which a replacement was sent out straight away, the only problem was it was a bit smashed up from the delivery but Wickes sent another straight away no questions asked.

Rita Bosnjak made our experience great .She visited us at home measured for our new kitchen ,she was excellent great customer service and very freindly . She keep in contact throughout .We visited Wickes Birkenhead yesterday Rita went through our new kitchen ,Which resulted in us purchasing it .I would recommend Rita as a very good design consultant .Fantastic experience .

Dealing with Wickes is a disaster! They are the worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with! We purchased a kitchen from them, deliveries were late, key components missing, then the install was delayed! The install was very poor! Poorly aligned units, ill fitting door handles and major variances in the colours of the doors and cupboards. The after service to rectify has been shocking and after several months of email ping pong with their customer service team, the issue is still not resolved! Lots of apologies and platitudes but no rectification!! They despatched an installer who provided a report and said the works were being planned, we even got a date for the delivery of the materials, then this morning I’ve been told it’s been cancelled because they now need their inspections manager to visit! Unbelievable

A big thank you to Wickes for supporting our church through your community programme. The application process was really easy and we were soon able to collect £100 worth of free supplies, including sanding discs, paint, varnish and tools, and they will all go to great use, helping us keep our building in good repair, safe and welcoming for all sorts of community events. Thank you for being a company who champion community life.

We did our homework before deciding to purchase our kitchen from Wickes. All that I can say is we are both really pleased with our kitchen.
The service we received from the very start to the end of the process was brilliant. Neve, who was our kitchen planner was extremely helpful and returned my emails immediately. The delivery went smoothly and the Installer (Arthur) was quick and efficient. Even the people who collected the waste were super helpful and took away our old appliances as well.
At one point we had to pop in the store to pick something up and I think we actually interacted with all of the planners that were there that day. I'm sorry, as I can't remember their names, however they were all so helpful and informative. There was also a Customer Experience Co-Ordinator, called Mark. He kept in touch at every step of the way and was there if we needed any help.
Thanks again to everyone involved with our purchase.
