Wickes - Bedford Recensioni 

Went to the Bedford branch yesterday to buy some paint. The employee that dealt with me was nothing short of fantastic. Polite, respectful, knowledgable and made relevant small talk. I would suggest that this is just the employees general character - but such character really makes service standout. The product I bought is good, but I can get that anywhere to be honest. Service is what distinguishes such businesses from competition, and as is probably clear, I was grateful for the way in which I was served.

Dawn always has great service and is always happy to help. Amazing customer service.

I was in need of help lifting a number of bags of OCR render. The help needed came from Logan. No huffing and puffing like you get from some. Logan always supplies excellent customer service.

I usually dread venturing into these kinds of places DIY, home improvement stores and the like..

But Ella at The Bedford store was phenomenal.

When she realised we were in the process of moving out of our current home she did everything she could to make getting the stuff to repair our existing home pain-free as possible.

It made a huge difference to our day!

I went into the Bedford store to purchase a ladder for delivery, when I got to the store it was unavailable for delivery. I was served by Julie who was incredibly helpful the whole time and even offered to deliver the ladder to my home after her shift which I thought was amazing service! She found a way around the issues I was having, very very helpful

Went to Wickes yesterday and spoke to James McGregor as I had a problem with a product that I had purchased and he sorted it straight away for me he went above and beyond Great customer service and will be definitely going back.

Very helpful staff (Dawn) always have in stock what we need, and the trade discount card is a nice little bonus 😀

Yet another timely delivery from Wickes. Everything in order and Milcho from CitySprint always goes above and beyond when making the drop off.

I’ve always had an amazing experience whenever i’ve visited the Bedford Wickes. All the team are incredibly friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to James Mcgregor who is super knowledgable regarding anything I’ve ever needed. You can really see the passion he has for what he does and it’s a breath of fresh air!

Been a trade customer at Bedford Wickes for nearly 6yrs now.
I use several stores around East Anglia but Bedford has got to be the most helpful by far.
From the moment you walk in the staff are friendly and so so helpful, the most helpful is one of the managers called James, we call him Wee James as hes Scottish lol.
This bloke always seems to be on the shop floor doing his bit and his knowledge is second to none.
Wickes needs more Wee James 👍👍

All the staff have great customer service, the support you receive from them is incredible and all very knowledgeable. James has gone above and beyond for me when I have visited, kirsty and Zoey have helped me repeatedly when I can't find what I'm looking for. I have been to multiple Wickes but I'm glad bedford the one I go to the most, sometimes electing to use it over my technical local store.

The staff were amazing, and helped locate the items i needed. Nothing too much trouble, willing to go above and beyond.

Dawn was very helpful...also I like it when staff are friendly and approachable..I have cptsd anx friendly staff like Dawn make things less complicated for me
