Bedford store is first class. Bought kitchen units for my own kitchen. Very happy with units. I was served by Zoe who was so helpful and pleasant. Big thank you to Zoe.

I went into your Bedford store this morning, Zoe couldn’t of been more helpful, I’m not tech savvy what so ever & she was very patient with me & explain what to do, however me not being tech savvy Zoe took the time to do it all for me.

Had an issue ordering 10 internal doors. Danny came to help me and he was fantastic.
Even though I landed up not being able to get the doors I need, Danny took the time and tried to sort it for me for a good half hour.
Can you please pass on my thanks to this young man, his customer service skills are very good indeed.
I'll be back for some more stuff after today, thanks Danny. 👊

Had an amazing experience designing a new shower room. Billy was exceptionally kind and helpful. He showed amazing patience with us and came up with a perfect design. Can’t thank him enough he is a real asset to Wicks.

Visited your store in Bedford twice today. Your customer service was really great. Your staff helped us a lot and the ladies at the till were really helpful. London helped us carry our things and unload th in the car when we were struggling and reassured us, even though the store was about to close he didn’t make us feel it was an effort for him. I regularly use the Wickes branch, Bedford and spend a fair amount of money in store. On this occasion sales assistant Zoe recognised me and asked for my Trade Pro Account which I didn’t have.
Zoe immediately called for another member of staff to help with other customers whilst she set me up with a Trade Pro Account.
Many thanks to Zoe at the Bedford store. Time to saving a few quid. Happy days.

It’s quite rare in large hardware outlets to find such a unified team. I’ve always found the Bedford staff to be aware of your needs, especially if a hand is required when loading 8×4 sheet materials or bags of cement.
I speak from experience, having worked as a carpenter for over 40 years.
Please, Mr Wicks, cherish this team—you’re privileged to have them(they are rare)

Zoe was a great help today on my visit to Bedford Wickes. I was looking for a stock item which didn't appear to be on the shelves but was in stock. She happily went searching for it and also signed me up for the trade card while i was there. Great service. Nothing was too much effort
