I visited the Anerley store on 13/11/24 and they were really helpful. The Manager Anna was really patient to explain everything to me and gave me lots of advice. Anna helped load everything to the car and it was brilliant customer service. thank you

I was shopping in your store in Anerley today, I was struggling to find what I needed, very confused and a lovely young lad, could see I needed help, and was very kind and helpful, I believe his name was charlie, I just wanted to say thanks.

Recently visited Wickes at Anerley was really impressed with staff there customer service is second to none...There was a guy there called Charlie I believe so helpful really knew his stuff would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for building materials at a reasonable price

I recently visited Wickes for help with my bathroom project, and though the displays were limited, Amina went above and beyond to assist me. I had just bought my first flat, and she took the time to walk me through everything I needed to consider. Even though I already had an appointment scheduled at the Catford store, Amina still provided a detailed quote and thoroughly discussed all my options. I was genuinely impressed by her knowledge and advice—she was so professional and insightful that I actually thought she was one of the designers!(Should've given this review a while ago, excellent service from Amina attentive and welcoming! Thanks)

Glowing service from Ameena, my kitchen and all the aesthetic in my kitchen is amazing. I started my kitchen back in March and came in around April and the service i received was absolutely mind blowing even though I only had my measurements with me on a piece of paper.

Val and Josh are a credit to Wickes company. When a company has staff that are warm and helpful it makes the shopping experience a great deal better! Give them a pay rise or get them to help train other staff!!!

Last year, I was looking to add a couple of units, but they were a bit expensive, so I was directed downstairs. While wandering around, not entirely sure what I needed, Amina noticed that I probably looked a bit lost and kindly offered her help. I’m so grateful she stepped in. She guided me to more affordable options and even helped me choose a new wall paint. Amina was incredibly patient, helping me pick a colour that perfectly compliments the cabinetry. Her assistance made a real difference in my experience.

I have been going to this Wickes for a long time now but the service I have received from two individuals in the kitchen department was second to none. Mo and a young lady Amina.
The knowledge and service they have both provided me was first class, they really understood my requirements and had answers to all mine and my wife’s queries.

I went in again and purchased another kitchen few months ago from Amina again. The after service from the first purchase was so great, it’s amazing to know I could go back anytime if I needed anything and I’d receive a lovely service, not like most stores who let you down after the sale. Not Amina she was a star and a true asset to the company.
