Purchased a "WhiteSmoke Premium Expert - Lifetime plan" but no longer able to us after 3 years.

I am told to pay further subscription to continue use their product despite previously purchased a Lifetime Plan.

Stay away from dealing with this company. They attempt to SCAM the consumer with misleading advertisement or fraudulent action.

READ THE TERMS UNDER GOVERNING LAWS before you purchase!!!!!

With very good reason my employer will not allow me to download software for the following reason.

1). One very glaring issue in the Terms under Governing Laws, stating “the Terms are governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Israel”.

2). Also, in the EULA, section 1.6, it states “In the course of using the Software or the Service, text you create (which may include personal or sensitive information) is forwarded to Licensor for analysis.”

There are probably many other unacceptable sections in those documents but the above for mentioned was enough for my employer to say not acceptable terms.

Just wish I would have checked before purchasing a year subscription for $138...of course I called within hours of purchase to request refund with no success.

Urgent Request for technical Support. have used your product for at least 6 years. I renewed in March downloaded the update and ran install. I keep getting an error message (R6034).

I have called for support over 5 times and Sent at least 5 contact messages since March but NOT ONE RESPONSE.

After I read the reviews I understand why The better Business Bureau has WhiteSmoke rated an "F", (its lowest score>

I love the program and use it daily. There is no such program in German, which is a pity-

This company does not deserve to exist. They are the worst kind of people. They do not support after selling their software. I purchased the premium version of the software and it stopped working within a week. I contacted the support. But they did not reply. After waiting for a few days I reinstalled the software. Now, the product key they sold to me did not work. I mailed them several times, but they never replied. I raised several tickets on their customer portal,but they never even opened it.
I finally gave up on them.
Do not buy their software.

Don't buy this software, it is completely a scam. I have also trapped by them.

I really wish I had read the reviews before I bought this. The company's software is appalling but the customer service is far far worse. I initially asked for a trial of the software, they said they don't provide it but will give me a refund if I'm not happy with the software and request it within a week. I downloaded the software - it was terrible - so I requested the refund within minutes of downloading it. I received no refund and no reply from continuous emails. I'm now in the process of escalating the matter in order to get my money back. PLEASE PLEASE avoid this company. It's a SCAM

I installed it one laptop but my laptop crashed. So I wanted to change my subscription from old laptop to new laptop. I wrote to them more than 10 times. I tried to call them from India too. But their service is pathetic. No one should go for this. Grammarly is the best so far.

Very Very Bad Customer Service!! May be scam.

I renewed my Whitesmoke license in February of this year. It worked for a few days and stopped working. I have sent several emails to the company and made several phone calls. My phone calls were never returned despite leaving several messages. After following up with several emails, someone replied and said my license purchase was from a few years ago and that's why it isn't working.
I replied stating that I purchased a new license in February, 2019. I even provided the paypal transaction code for payment.

Till date, I still have not heard back from them and my money has not been refunded.

The application is buggy.

Their customer services is only one dis-respectful person! Close the chat once he sees my name because I ask for a full refund!

I bought this Product 18 feb 2019. I found out is not working .. Give wrong suggestions, disorganize the text and sometimes delete the whole paragraph without a possibility of undoing it with one click. I have to retrieve word by word . A lot of bugs. I wasted alot of time correcting all the mistakes the program did to the text ....I requested REFUND and cancellation. They don't answer what you ask them or solve the problem you are facing ....They bombard you with new activation codes and sales or come with the instructions you didn't ask for. I have asked for the refund since day one ...they never answer that question. In their policy they write that you can cancel and get refund within 7 days and they respond within 48 hours. I have left 4 tickets within 10 days since i bought the product and they haven't open any of them . A person calling himself Shayne asked me to write directly to him/her ....but NEVER reply what I ask which if a REFUND. Stay AWAY I will update .

I have never seen such a worst customer service. The software has 30-40% accuracy, far lower than I thought. I have been requesting a refund from day 1 and even after 10 days no answer from customer service.
Please don't make mistake buying this tool. Check other available tools, might be a little expensive but worth the result and service.

Worst products and customer service ever! Their products were so buggy and messed up my texts all the time. Their customer service was even worse. I haven't heard anything from them since my request for a refund three days ago. When I tried to send them another email to their billing department, the email couldn't go through. I wonder if their company is still in business. Never use their services again!

Do not buy from this company. I have been a user for many years. Have two-lifetime licenses. After my hard drive crash, tried to reinstall on a new drive. Activation key doesn’t work. It is more than 2 months as I am trying to get tech support. The phone number doesn't work. Nobody returns messages. Tickets left unassigned, with automated emails threatening to close the ticket after 72 hours. Shame. Good software but none existing support. Reputation is in a gutter.

Very useful tool to use on daily

Do not purchase from this company! Once you purchase the software you can not get in touch with anyone for support. I have not been able to get access to this application since I purchased it last month and have made 9 attempts to contact them. No one answers the 800 sales number or responds to messages. When you open a support ticket, it goes unanswered and unresolved. They only send you an automated response saying they will close your dispute because they have not heard back from you. I've just opened a case with Paypal to try and get my money back - hopefully, it will get resolved this way.

Company deliberately misleads by selling a lifetime license which runs out. Support doesn't respond with a new activation code or any support at all, they don't provide a phone number either.

This is a nightmare for any software purchasing experience.
First, the software does not work as they advertise. Keeps getting error and the work is so poor that it is actually better working with MS word default corrections. Well I assumed that I wasted my $119.

The problem gets worse. I was charged $119 for extension of yearly subscription for 2019-2020. I have never authorized this.
Went to the website. It is impossible to ask for cancelation/ refund or talk to anyone over the faulty billing and charge. The website do not allow for deletion of my credit card info. Sent email to customer service and left voice mail and sent email to billing but no response.
I read some reviews of their customer website and a lot of people believe that this is a scam.

Well, customer service. If you are reading this, please process my refund as I am very upset about this unauthorized charge.

Please send me any contact that actually works by replying this post.
