Paid for specific delivery date but no delivery for over 2 weeks. Don't reply to emails, so i called their office. The lady was apologetic and had the shipment sorted within days.

Lights easily, burns well. However, blocks are messy to use as sawdust etc. is dislodged when they are handled.
