Doctor didn’t give us confidence that she knew what was going on with my daughter and wasn’t able to make us understand if the situation was serious and nake us feel at ease.

I've just switched GP surgeries and I was very impressed with both the efficient organisation at West Green surgery and with Ms. Luong's professional, helpful and friendly attitude.

I wasn't happy with doctor. Not helpful

I felt taken serious and well taken care of

I was seen really quickly, the new building was really welcoming and felt very clean and up to date. But most importantly, the doctor I saw was brilliant. She really listened to what I had to say and very quickly understood what condition I was experiencing. Her advice was helpful. I felt she had been very thorough as well as respectful and kind.

We had to wait for 2 hours before my daughter’s appointment and my daughter is only 4 months old. When we saw the doctor she told us that there was an emergency patient she had to look after. Even though there were many other doctors were available who could take over some of her patients if she contacted them. We know this because we could see other doctors on their lunch breaks and there were not a single patient waiting in the waiting room for a long time. I was not happy with the way she tried to measure my daughter’s legs. It looked like she had no idea what to do as she tried many times and asking us to keep lying her down when my daughter was crying a lot. I understand she is not a paediatrician and that’s why we told her we only need a referral so that a specialist can actually examine my daughter properly. At the end she told us she will refer us but we still haven’t heard back anything. Overall it was another really bad and frustrating experience with my GP.

Poor customer service and care. Unable to make a complaint to an actual human being. Was dismissed and disregard by the doctor.

They were nice and had explained any symptoms I was worried about thoroughly as well as recommended a few things to ease any discomfort or pain.

Overall we like all the GPs at West Green. We had been to see various doctors regarding our baby’s reflux and did really want to be prescribed the second line prescription option available but there was clear reticence but without explanation. Upon seeing the paediatrician (kindly referred by West Green), this was well explained and we were given the omeprazole. But overall I’m not sure this is the best use of NHS resources, West Green could have outlined this themselves given it can be provided through primary care.

She is very helpful. She called me back as what she promised regarding the concern with my right eye.

The nurse was very kind, but the procudere of getting the sample was extremely uncomfortable. I was experiencing light pain after and also noticed drop of blood on the bed.

The doctors listen and don't make you feel like they're in a rush to get you out so that they can move on to the next patient

Effective, took her time, correct prescription and advice, friendliness.

Really friendly GP who listened to my concerns. The treatment has worked and I feel much better!
