they tried to steal my car to sell and when i said i wanted to leave the told me to stay in one place then they came back with dozens of eggs and started egging my car like WTF so i sped away i am never going back there again.
I just brought a Mazda CX5 GT from West End Mazda Parramatta, the service i recieved from the salesman Nicholas Nguyen and his manager was top class, and they made the experience of purchasing a new car memorable.

Helpful and informative. He knows the Mazda product very well and he did his best to make sure I got the car I was interested in at a price I was willing to pay.

I was ripped off $500 by The Mazda Corporation. Don't bother with these bottom feeders. Ethics and good business is not what this company is about. If you are unlucky enough (or foolish enough) to shake their hands on a deal, count your fingers afterwards. You have been warned. It's the WHOLE of Mazda, all the way to Japan. I have made complaints all the way to the top. Ignorance is now the weapon of choice with this company.
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a used car Holden Captive from West End Mazda at Parramata, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, Blake was welcoming and attentive, making us feel comfortable with all questions we had about this particular car. There were no hidden fees, and they worked diligently to find a deal that fit our budget. The negotiation process was straightforward and fair, leaving us feeling confident about our purchase.
Once we settled on our car, the paperwork was handled efficiently, and we were given a thorough walkthrough of the vehicle's features.
Overall, our experience at West End Mazda Parramata was delightful, and we left the dealership feeling satisfied with our new car and the service we received. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a used vehicle!

Bought a vehicle from Parramatta Mazda. Professional service by Blake. Answered all of my questions and was always accessible. A very customer experience.
Extremely disappointed with mazda north parramatta's customer service. They showed little interest in understanding my car issue, instead opting to place blame and provide unhelpful responses. Their dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism left me frustrated and unsatisfied. I wouldn't recommend their services
Booked my CX9 in for a service. During the time it was being serviced, my car was revered into something and caused damage to the rear bumper, trim and boot door. I was not informed about the damage ( either the person who caused the damage did not report it or they knew and didn’t tell me.
Went back to them the next day and spoke to Steve the manager. Looked at some video footage and it was inconclusive. Steve promised to speak to all the people who worked on the car and review footage from the workshop and wash areas and get back to me. Never heard back.
I know for sure the damage was caused during the time it was there but so hard to prove without the cooperation of the workshop
Lesson for others, do a proper walk around of your car when you pick up
Having purchased our Mazda 2 - 3 years ago from them, initially the car was fine, it developed a juddering and high pitched whining, we approached Mazda Gosford as this was our local Mazda dealer, we asked them to check it, initial reports from the tech over Xmas was issues of mis firing, he urged us to book in for full diagnostics, which we did, Mazda made me take their tech for a test drive of my own car, very embarrassing, he told me he couldn't feel the juddering although I could? Turned out my car is up for a recall, fuel pump failure....they are refusing to change the fuel pump, although they have been told to by the Australian Government....ACCC next....I've been having ongoing issues for over 2 years now....what the hell???? If I happen to kill or be killed because of this issue, I promise to sue Mazda....simple....Mazda Australia, you can delete correspondence between us, and delete instagram correspondence too....I don't care!!!!
I bought used Toyota in good condition. I am very happy with the service provided. Frank was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this dealership.

HORRIBLE SERVICE - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! NEVER WILL I RETURN TO THESE GUYS AGAIN.
Took our Mazda CX9 to have our Air bag issue sorted - while I was there I had them fix our braking system (I usually don't go direct to Mazda, but I though hay the car is there might as well get them to do everything - WHAT A MISTAKE THAT WAS).
I Was quoted nearly $2500 to fix the issues with our brakes which I went ahead with.
Issue with our brakes has now been fixed however a few days later I noticed our front plastic bonnet wind deflector is cracked right in the middle.
I called and spoke with Emma who said to bring the car back so they can check it out. I told her I will not be able to come until week due to work.
I went back and guess what they said. "it was already broken when you bought the car in" - UMM NO IT WAS NOT!!!
The man that served me at the counter was a smart alec - when we returned said he spoke to the mechanic and the mechanic remembers the car and it was broken when we brought the car in. again NO IT WAS NOT.
The part in question can be bought for $150 so its not alot of Money when comparing to the $2500 I spent to fix the other issues however its now a matter of principle.
I was told that the Manager Steve will call me and he hasn't called, I know they have the correct number as I confirmed it 3 times before I left. I have also called a few times and can not get through to "Steve" the so called manager - Not happy and will take this further.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS, USE LUBE MOBILE. CHEAPER + FASTER + MORE RELIABLE.
