Absolutely abysmal customer service....if you manage to find your car, and the sale goes through easily then no problem, but if any problems or issues occur, the management and salesman become aggressive and abusive.
After care service is equally difficult and staff not wanting to know.

My daughter needed a reliable car, so we purchased a pre‑loved MG3 from Easyauto123 Mile End. Our salesman, Brad Teng, was extremely helpful and made the whole process simple and stress‑free.
After taking delivery, we noticed a couple of concerns with the vehicle. I raised them with Matt Kadow (GM), who was very understanding and immediately offered to have everything rectified. He referred us to Alice Bearman in the service department, who was professional, prompt, and took care of the issues straight away.
Thanks to the team, my daughter is now driving a car I’m confident and happy with.

Extremely disappointing experience at Easy Auto123 Balcatta.
At first, Craig was polite and helpful, which gave me confidence. Unfortunately, once another salesperson got involved, the entire experience turned negative. His attitude was rude, arrogant, and unprofessional.
I was genuinely interested in buying the Audi A4 and was prepared to purchase it the same day if I liked it after the test drive. However, before I even had the chance to drive the car, I was told in a very rude manner that they would not reduce the price by even a single dollar and that they were not taking any offers at all.
What made it worse was that the same car was listed for $30,000 until Friday and then suddenly increased to $31,000 over the weekend, which felt very misleading.
As a serious buyer, I was not there to waste anyone’s time. I came ready to buy, but customer service and respect matter. The way I was spoken to completely changed my mind.
Because of this experience, I chose to take my business elsewhere. Based on how I was treated, I personally would not return and would not recommend this dealership.

I called about a car at the Easyauto Liverpool before I drove 45min to make sure it was still available. I was told by the salesman it was available and it would be ready for me to view at 2pm. When I arrived the salesman wasn't available and no one knew where he was 20 mins later, I asked if we could view the car and I was told the car wasn't on site. The salesman Patrick finally showed up and said it was at the RTA getting a blue slip to be registered when he had told me the day before it had already been registered. When I got back home I got an alert on my phone saying the car had been sold.
Very poor experience. Organised the day before to see a car at a specific time, and get told it'll be available at that time. Turned up at that time. Got told the car is "over there somewhere". Search for it for 15 minutes then see it driving out the front. Told someone was taking it for a test drive, and I can wait 30mins for it to come back and see if they buy it. It comes back and they aren't sure if they want it, but I can't check it out until they decide. They take another 20 minutes and decide they want it. Wasted my time. So poorly run.

I think this business should reconsider their policy around test drives.
I find it unbelievable that they won't let you test drive unless you tell them you're buying from them on the day.
I dont know who can make a decision on a car without knowing how it drives first. I feel like my honesty (not purchasing on the day) punished me. Additionally if you're interested in more then one car that is also a hinderence to being able to test drive.
I also dont think the customer service is great because they don't seem interested in providing relevent information, only what's clearly rehearsed. Any questions you ask is met with indifference or condescension.
I genuinely would've bought a car from them (thats the reason i was there) but the poor attitude of the salesman and the inability to test drive as part of my decision making process means i will not be purchasing from them.
Its unfortunate they dont respect people and prospective buyers but im sure other places do.
At the very least somewhere else is willing to do more to sell you a car. The one time you actually want a pushy salesman...

Sharna was very supportive and communicative throughout the whole sale. However, when we received the car, it was not cleaned. And all they could offer was for me to bring it back for detailing. I picked the car up on a Saturday. PLEASE check if you are picking a car from them.
Was advised to emailed them about the above problem, and after 5 days, no reply or response to email.

Dealt with Iain - very patient, answered all my questions about the car and if he didn't know found out.
Even though at the first chat told him I was probably wasting his time he still was pleasant and helpful.
Would go back again as a I really the fixed price idea, not interested in haggling.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Aspley dealership of easyauto123.
I arrived at my scheduled appointment ready and excited to purchase a car that day. Unfortunately, the assigned salesperson was unprepared for my visit. He couldn’t locate the keys, didn’t know where the vehicle was parked, and when the car was finally found, it wouldn’t start. He then went back inside, leaving me standing outside in the rain without any explanation.
Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. I was left waiting in the rain for around 15 minutes, feeling ignored and unsure of what was happening. I eventually had to approach another staff member to find out where the salesperson had gone.
When he returned, he informed me that the car had a flat battery and suggested I look elsewhere. Despite knowing I was actively in the market and ready to buy, he made no effort to show me alternative vehicles or assist further.
I drove across town for this appointment, only to have my time wasted. In hindsight, I’m relieved I didn’t proceed with a purchase. If the customer service and operational standards are this lacking, it raises concerns about the overall quality and care behind the vehicles themselves.

My son was invited to have an interview for a sales position there,…. He came dressed in jeans, closed shoes and a white shirt…..

Didn’t know these days that you have to pass a fashion code first,….before you get sat down for an interview,….
I think this was very poorly managed….
Insulting a 18 year old kid on his first job interview like that…..

I went to the Hendra store to purchase a VW Tiguan on 27/12/25. Spoke to Flynn. Explained I was accessing my superannuation under transition to retirement guidelines and the money would be available 21/1/26. Flynn indicated this should be ok but would need to check with his manager. I had previously been to the Aspley dealership and they indicated there would be no issue as purchase will be completed inside a month. We selected a vehicle and were sitting in it when told someone else is taking for a test drive. Flynn messaged me later to advise that vehicle sold. Advised Flynn I would come at 9.30am on 29/12/25 when next opened. After reviewing the stock, my family and I selected another vehicle. I asked Flynn if we could test drive. Flynn said he would check with his manager regarding purchase on 21/1/26. Flynn then reported that manager refused to accept purchase on 21/1/26 and I wasn't allowed to test drive vehicle. I questioned why 2 outlets within 10km of each other and now 4 trips to Easy Auto could have different information and why not advised on the first inspection. Explained I would not being coming back to Easy Auto as this is exceptionally poor customer service. Flynn under his manager's direction embarrassed me, my wife and family. I would not recommend any dealings with this group.

Purchased a Fiat 500X that developed serious mechanical and safety issues from day three, including stalling while driving.
The vehicle was never reliably drivable. Any kilometres added were solely from mechanic inspections, diagnostics, and test drives, not normal use. Despite 17 months of reporting the same issue and allowing opportunities to repair, the problem was never resolved.
The vehicle was not fit for purpose. Resolution was only achieved through QCAT mediation, where the dealer agreed to take the car back and provide a refund.
This outcome may be described as goodwill; however, it followed 17 months of unresolved safety concerns. I chose to stand up for my consumer rights and pursue the matter through the proper legal process.
I am sharing this review solely to outline my experience and to warn prospective buyers. I strongly recommend obtaining an independent, impartial inspection before purchasing a vehicle.
SECOND EDIT: they’ve now transferred the wrong car into my name with Service NSW…which is still unresolved.
1st EDIT: this was my original review when I placed the deposit on my car, 5 stars “Smooth process, and extremely accommodating, will return in the future to purchase again.”
Since actually purchasing and receiving the car, I’ve changed it to 1 star.
Their communication, professionalism and warmth were high on that first day.
When I went back to pick up the car, it completely fell apart. Despite knowing what time I was arriving, I sat there for 20 minutes without anyone coming to see me or check in (other than reception who passed on the message that I was there). Eventually, they started the process of signing documents but seemed so unsure what they were doing. I was there for around an hour in the end although it felt like it should have been a 5-10 min visit if they were competent. I was then contacted a week later to say the paperwork hadn’t been completed properly in regard to the car they were purchasing from me (similar to a trade in, I think they labelled it a buy-in) although he couldn’t say what the issue was, just said he didn't know. After 4 days or so I still didn’t receive the documents so I had to chase them up because by this point, almost two weeks later, I still hadn’t received payment for the car they’d purchased from me.
Eventually they sent me paperwork which was still wrong, so they sent it to me again this time asking me to complete a blank document and noting they would fill in their section AFTER I’d signed to which I naturally refused (red flags!).
They then sent it back again, this time with their section completed, although half the details were wrong as well as including $1k under the price of the car that we’d agreed upon.
An absolute multitude of problems, incompetence, and a few red flags that makes me question if these guys are simply incompetent or dodgy. Maybe they are, maybe not but my experience means I will make sure I never go back to Easy Auto again.
