Quick efficient service

I used Lucas’s team for the second time and the did not disappoint at all.
Contrary they did an even better job than the first time I worked with them.
They had more equipment, very clean and tidy.
Covered all the sensible stuff such as doors, banisters.
Al the withe goods and furniture covered in very soft material covers
I would use the team again.

I have call this company to last minute and they have available slot for me. Lukas was very flexible with my requests. And pricing was satisfying. Removal company work in very high standards. Protect my belongings and move with care. I’m very happy I got this company and crew. I’m happy to recommend them.

The Company named “We Move and Clean” based in Swindon UK is not recommended, they caused the moving day to be even more stressful and caused myself to have a Panic Attack! They are unprofessional and very rude! We agreed with them to arrive at the house at 8:30 am due to us getting the keys at 8am to our new place. They turned up early and called demanding to know where we were.

They refused to load furniture onto the van and stated that they would load the boxes first, no care was given to loading of the van which has resulted in damaged belongings. When the van was full, a 2nd Van with the owner “Lucas” arrived (we did not know that A second van was on way) Lucas then stated they will now load the furniture onto the Second van

We had paid extra to have the dismantling and reassembling of furniture, When the second van was loaded we left to go to the new premises, Lucas called satiating that the new place was not on Google Maps despite us using Google Maps ourselves to get there  

Whilst waiting for the vans, we discovered that the company had then debited our card for the 2nd van and extra near £500!!!! When questioned Lucas said it was because we needed the 2nd van for the furniture as the boxes had been done 1st, which is what they chose to do, and clearly did this to ensure a 2nd van is needed.

Lucas was not happy to have 1 flight of stairs to the new place despite being informed of this when the move was booked. Lucas and colleague just started dumping our belongings outside and in down stairs hall ways, with no care given to anything marked Fragile.

Lucas was also not happy that we had not used his company carboard boxes and used our own which we had got from B&Q.

Lucas then disappeared for over an hour, leaving all belongings outside / in hall ways and left his colleague on his own who had no idea on what was going on who they proceeded to just sit down until if or when Lucas would decide on returning.

So I then had to move everything myself – even though having a very bad back myself - (despite paying the “removal company” to do this) as could not leave everything outside and in hall ways.

Lucas finally came back and proceed to insult my Fiancée and once he realised what he said / did, tried to back track and try to twist everything to my fault.

 We had to beg Lucas to re-assemble the bed / wardrobes / desk despite us paying for this extra, when I also informed Lucas that I am suffering from Stress and Depression, all he said was “same working in this heat” no sympathy or understanding, and after they left we discovered that they had not fully re-assembled the wardrobe as left parts at the old address.

Lucas proceeded to get aggressive / in my face and still refused to continue to take things up 1 flight if stairs and started to then dump the rest in the garage, I ended up having a full on panic attack and could not breath, and all Lucas could do was shove the form at me asking me to sign, I just signed it as wanted him to go as could not cope with him and the company any further.

Overall the company created the moving day to be A nightmare, and when taking A further payment which was debited without consent and was done as they created an opportunity where A second van was required. The had no empathy for paying customer, I would NEVER recommend “Move and Clean” to anyone looking to move as this was the worst we have experienced, and we have moved 4 times since my finance came to Swindon over 20 years.
