Purchased a CLA from Mone motors, I have just taken the car to a local garage just to be told that the back passenger side wheel requires a major welding as it’s cracked, utterly disgusted as this car is no longe road worthy, please avoid Mone motors Wembley at all cost, have been advised that the tire may not be covered, I was told initially full cover for my vehicle, if I’m now not covered I will have to pay over £300 i have been told that the warranty is from warranty first and will be in touch with them on Monday, please do not buy a car from them, trust me these demand hand cars will have one issues after another, always look for a branded dealership like Mercedez only, not dealership that sells multiple different branded cars as they come with major issues, I have also been told I may have caused it as I had the car for over a month, the car was not driven at all due to organising permit etc… due to a low pressure signage I’ve been told by a local garage that I have been fooled and robbed as they have sold a car with a wheel that requires welding and due to the deep cut the air is going and this car is now not road worthy

Had a great experience buying a car with this company a couple of months ago. Thought I'd wait a bit to see if there is any teething problems but the car has been great. Mustafa gave excellent customer service and helped us through every step of the process and quickly resolving an issue that I came across. The company is fully con men not sales men

Bought my daughters 1st car from this so called company and they masked all the problems the car had .

Kept saying sold as seen but did not tell what was wrong with the car

When we finally returned the car the salesman was very aggressive and very rude

Would not deal with this company again

Recently bought a Mokka X from here. A week after purchase car needed a sensor replacing. Wembley Prestige Cars quickly replaced the part with no hesitation. Thanks Tony!

In early June 2023 I bought a used Kia Picanto (automatic) from Wembley Prestige Cars Ltd in Bushey near Watford. This was my first car so wasn't looking for anything too special and I had asked if the car would last at least a year, to which is I was assured it would. I came to find out what 'sold as seen' meant as this was a new term to me but I had no quarrels as long as the car worked fine. Upon leaving the garage and getting on the motorway the ABS light came on, I contacted Wembley Prestige Cars Ltd so they could take a look at the car and they weren't so keen on helping me. The car then ended up getting worse over 6 months, with other warning lights coming on etc but Wembley Prestige Cars Ltd were not keen on talking to me and they blocked my phone number at one point. Every time I tried to call they'd repeat the same thing 'the car was sold as seen', which I had no issue with, I knew I hadn't taken a warranty but just wanted them to look at the car since I bought it from them and I would have happily paid the cost for the repairs rather than going to different garages for repairs, which I ended up doing in the end. I am writing this review just to warn people not to purchase 'sold as seen' vehicles from Wembley Cars Ltd, I would personally avoid buying anything from. The after sales service is appalling and they won't want to have anything to do with you as soon as you make a purchase. I wonder how many people they have done this to. 6 months later I am now scrapping the car as it has given me more issues and has been a total waste of money and a headache. Moral of the story is DO NOT BUY FROM WEMBLEY PRESTIGE CARS LTD.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Wembley Prestige Cars, which I feel compelled to share to advise potential customers. My journey began on the 4th of February, when I visited the dealership with high hopes and decided to purchase a Seat Alhambra. I was initially told the car would be ready for collection by Tuesday, prompting a sense of excitement.

However, this excitement quickly turned into frustration. After not receiving any update by Wednesday, I reached out, only to be informed the car would be ready by Thursday at 3pm. To my dismay, upon my arrival, the car was far from ready; it looked as though it had been neglected for years, a stark contrast to the polished images advertised. Despite assurances that the car would be ready within an hour, even basic preparations like turning on the computer screen hadn't been made. Feeling my time was wasted, I left, only to be called back on Saturday with news that the car was finally ready.

Reluctantly, I returned, hoping for the best. While the car's condition had somewhat improved, it was still far from the promised standard, with noticeable dirt and debris under the seats. Considering the hefty price tag of £16,500, the lack of professionalism and the subpar service rendered by Wembley Prestige Cars were deeply disheartening.

This experience has led me to caution others about this dealership. The communication was not just poor; it was practically non-existent, and the service was, metaphorically, below ground. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before dealing with Wembley Prestige Cars, as my experience was marked by unfulfilled promises, lackluster service, and a product that did not meet expectations.

I bought a Mercedes A180 from this company, unfortunately a few months down the line with an electrical issue. All the people that worked there where really helpful and put my mind at rest, getting my car fixed and back on the road. Highly recommended to all those looking for a new car. Wembley Prestige Cars will look after you way more than other garages .

Sell me a bmw 520d which has a engine fault for 4500pounds. Iam so disapointed with these dodgy cow boys.

The showroom is massive and has a varitey of cars. Brought my red Toyota Aygo from them. As i arrived it was ready for me to view. They let me test drive it and take my time inspecting the car. Tony the salesman was friendly and funny and gave good customer service. Would recommend friends to them.

Clean and tidy showroom, great variety of cars. The car is beautiful with full service history and immaculate. Samir has been a fabulous help. Very satisfied happy customer ☺️ I would not hesitate to recommend to others

Visited this place today to buy a car and the salesman was arrogant and rude. Told us to ‘take it or leave it’ when negotiating price. No negotiation whatsoever and no way would I give these my money. Lost a sale today

Been looking for a first car for a while for my daughter and luckily I went to Wembley prestige cars as they were very helpful and experienced Ahmad did his best to find me what I was looking for a very good car with low mileage great condition and even the price was less than any other dealerships ,I highly recommend and will always go back for future cars

The team were very helpful! The car is great, but when I initially bought it, I noticed scratches on window. Any issues, they got sorted soon after. Happy to approach them again in future!

Wembley prestige cars were very helpful and I received great service from them. The whole process of picking up my audi a3 was made very easy! Tony baloney is also a great magician hahaha. Lovely people!
