Great product

The cream is so wet and will not absorb into the skin its like a bottle of glycerine. Bought 4 of these pumps. Bought this for years now as its so watery and sits on the skin dont know if its doing anthing costing hundreds of pounds. Last night in desperation used vaginally. When I put on the skin it slides everwhere and just stays like that. I put some tatoo film over however it just sticks to the tatoo film. If I could find another supplier I would but there seems to be no other.

After a rocky start changing over from Oestrogel cream, I stopped using it altogether and started using Twenty to One Serenity Plus. Just twice a day as recommended. Maybe it was the hot weather we were having but the sweats were terrible and I reread the email and started using twice the amount for a month. I stopped for a week and was irritable, snapped at my husband and then apologised a few days later. I have no libido, not interested in porn anymore, can't sleep for more than 4 hours, and no I don't look at my tablet or phone in bed! I have been using the cream 2 months and feel horny even though I am 75 years old. My husband can't believe the change in me.

For the past 3month my post menopausal symptoms of strong hotflushes, night sweats etc got worse and worse and i was desperate to find support for this transitional period in my life. While researching online different options i came across Wellsprings Health Products. After reading reviews about Australian customers experiences purchasing the products i was initially hesitant but convinced of the quality of the product. When i contacted customer service after 6 days after purchase to inquire about tracking, they got back to me within 24hrs. The product arrived within 8 business days of ordering. Have been using the 20:1 cream for over 3weeks. No more hot flushes, severe night sweats and waking at 3am in the morning. Also feeling more myself then the past few years since menopause. Thank you to Wellsprings Health for great product and great customer service.

I’ve been using the Serenity Cream for a long while now and have had really good results in terms of endometriosis symptoms. However, when I’ve had the odd issue with the service I’ve been really put off by the way they handle customer complaints.

The first issue I raised was due to an order taking much longer to arrive than usual (I understand it does take a while and account for this when ordering). The response offered no apologies for the delay, but did write to explain that, although I placed the order 15 days prior, they received the order 14 days prior and they only count working days in their 5-10 day delivery estimate and therefore technically were only on day 10. They made no mention of the fact that despite their math they were still late. This put me off but the cream has been so helpful that I continued to order it.

The next issue was when an order arrived and the cream had a significant difference in texture (was very watery). I used the cream as usual throughout the month (I keep two bottles- one upstairs and one downstairs so I don’t forget to use it) and toward the end of my cycle I noticed more endometriosis pain. Then when my period came I ended up bleeding nonstop for 16 days. I wrote to wellsprings to ask if the formula had changed at all and they responded to say there were no changes to the formula but the heat can make it less effective due to ‘an increase in your own stress and anxiety levels’. I found this odd so did some research and found that progesterone creams can degrade in high temperatures (explaining the runny texture) so I wrote again to say I’d like to order another bottle but I’m concerned the shipping process will damage the next bottle too and they replied ‘The cream is not affected by the shipping process, but it is when it reaches the consumer that it can be affected by the heat.’ Given how illogical that is, I asked if they’re ensuring temperature control during transport and they never responded.

Overall, I’m incredibly disappointed that despite being a longtime customer, my concerns about the quality of the product I received- which greatly impact my health- were ultimately dismissed. I’ve lost my faith in the company now knowing they had no curiosity to follow-up and ensure their product arrives intact.

Tried most HRT from the doctors and felt like I was going insane, so many side effects. I was told about 20-1, albeit a little sceptical I was at my wits end!
Been on this cream for 6 months, it's brilliant. I can honestly say I can't do with out it. Changed my life.

Great product - recommended it over 100 times to various clients, shame they don't offer affiliate accounts, I would stock this in my clinic.

I've used the Twenty to One pump cream for at around 5 years and have been very happy. Post from USA takes around 10-14 days to the UK.

UPDATE: The product finally arrived after almost 4 weeks. I've only been using it just over a week so it's too soon to report on results, so will come back and edit when I have given it enough time to show results.

Still haven't received the product (Spain). It's been 3 weeks. They just keep telling me to wait, there's no tracking and "there have been some slight delays in Portugal and Spain due to Customs". Considering I had to pay €6 for shipping, on top of the product cost and taxes, it's not a great start :-(
