20-1 didnt work for me. I asked to return the product for a refund but was advised to double the dose and keep trying. In fact all they did was delay me returning it so I couldnt get a refund after doing what they said because it was too late. Disgusted with this company they are very dishonest.

What I ordered did turn up promptly.

Not convinced I should be taking this .I am post menopausal so opted for the supposed post menopausal cream .But when I looked at the ingredients there is only 1.0% progesterone I thought I was meant to take osteogen or a version of that .I see nothing in the ingredients to back up any other ingredients. I am waiting for an appointment with my doctor to discuss this I have already spent the £50 and could not even find the discount button .

Been using Serenity cream for a while now & has helped manage my menopausal hot flushes & mood swings.

I waited 6 weeks for the serenitycream. The mail I sent after 4 weeks only said to wait, and after 5 weeks didn't get an anwer.

I bought Wellsprings Progesterone cream May 2024 as I was suffering more and more with PMS, anger, irritability, tears, emotional, achy, insomnia and just not feeling like myself 😭 So after some research I found Wellsprings Progesterone Cream and what a difference!!!! Quick delivery, easy to use 😁 I use it day 12 to day 26 of my cycle when my natural progesterone is falling and I feel much more like my old self, no more emotional rollercoaster, aches subside and I sleep better. I am pre-menopausal at 53yrs of age with regular periods and just starting to experience flushes and night sweats so will see how these are affected by the Progesterone Cream, keeping my fingers crossed!!

I made a mistake by ordering the wrong product but was able to return and get what I initially wanted as long as I hadn't broken the seal. So, good customer service.

The help and support is excellent. I am still trying to get my flushes sorted, especially at night. However I am trying a new way that Wellsprings have suggested. so we shall see.

This cream is wonderful, my mood has improved and hair has stopped falling out

Serenity cream is amazing - I've used it since the age of 46 & really helped with my hot flushes. At the age of 52 I changed to the 20:1 (incl Oestrogen) as I was getting a lot of joint aches & it has sorted me right out! Now pretty symptom free!

A very good product dispatched promptly and delivered quickly - all in all a very good experience. (I only wish that I had realised that they do in fact do a range of products - I'd have added another to my order! Ah well, next time).

I decided to update my review to provide more information. I had problems with my order in the beginning as I ordered 1 pack of weight control capsules and 4 packs of Wellspring 20-1 cream in a jar. I received 1 bottle of lifelong hormone care. And that is after 2 weeks of waiting. Then I contacted them via phone which cost me £2.47 for 4 minutes.

The lady who dealt with my order issue was really nice both on the phone and in her email communication. She was very professional. I haven't used lifelong hormone care as I don't think it was the right one for me.

I received 20-1 cream and started to use it directly. It has been a week and a half. Let me tell you the changes I have seen so far, which I am very surprised.
-I was sleeping till 5 without any problems but now I am sleeping till 6-7 and that made a difference for me, and when I woke up I did not feel hot. Wow.
-I had issues with a few hairs appearing on my chin, every week, so annoying. That has disappeared. My skin is very clean.
-I don't know why, maybe the sleep but I am feeling very energised. That's so good.
-No palpitations. This was my biggest worry as I tried many products and caused terrible issues with the rhythm of my heart. All gone.

So I am very happy with this product. I will continue monitoring other changes in due time.

Really happy with product. Order 20-1 cream. Takes around 8 weeks to see/feel the difference but very good. Helped with bloat. Night sweats and usual peri symptoms. This for me is a safe effective alternative to normal prescription HRT from the doctors. which i had to stop due to adeno and suggestive endo…
Wellsprings provide very informative help/fact sheets. Just ordered my second pump bottle. Yes takes a bit longer to arrive as its not in the UK. Just order it ahead of when needed.
Yes its more expensive than hrt but it lasts ages and its better. I think its very good value for money
