Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding well.co.uk.
I am however sorry to read that the service takes longer to fulfill your orders.
We do recommend allowing 7 working days from the point you request the prescription to receiving the delivery unless you need to contact us regarding urgent orders.
This is bound by the timescales it takes surgeries to issue prescriptions, which can take up to 3 working days. We then require up to a further 3 working days to allow prescriptions to process through our system and to be dispensed and 2-4 working days to allow our external courier, Royal Mail, to deliver as we use Royal Mail 48hour service. Please note: Some orders might take longer due to stock availability, but we endeavour to contact customers in the event of any stock issue/delays.
Please be aware that our pharmacy are currently experiencing a high volume of prescriptions so orders are taking longer than usual at the moment, they are working as quickly as they can to return back to normal timescales. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Transferred as old pharmacy shut
Transferred as old pharmacy shut. They had kept my prescription for 3 weeks. Its a bit dark and dingy but staff are great .

Wow what a fantastic service
Wow what a fantastic service. I was referred by my surgery for a suspected UTI. The pharmacist called me just over 1hr later. Went though all my symptoms and was thorough. Said script would be ready in 20mins however told him I didn't drive and new to the area and the pharmacist got them delivered to my house in again just over 1hr. Absolutely amazing service thank you 😊

Prescription ordered was delivered a few days later and the app is a really easy and quick way of ordering repeat medication.
