I've been trying to contact Cottenham pharmacy for nearly a week to discuss my mother's medication. They NEVER answer the telephone. I also tried contacting Well Pharmacy head office (yourexperience%well.co.uk) and got no response whatsoever! No wonder the shop staff ignore customers if the head office sets this example!
