Incompetent

Booked and paid for a shingels vaxination online, only to be told on the day they don't have an appointment on the system or the vaccine. But they charged me for it and I received a reminder to attend the appointment. Absolutely useless. We needed to get this person vaccinated ASAP before he starts chemo therapy, between the pharmacies and the NHS nothing gets done.

Dreadful

This is the most awful pharmacy that I have visited. The staff I spoke to were rude, combative and dismissive. I booked an appointment for a Covid19 vaccination. When I attended, I was told that this service was not available and was turned away. According to the Well pharmacy staff, this was the fault of the NHS booking service and the attitude of the staff made me feel that I was being blamed for the breakdown in the service. At no point was I offered either an apology or an alternative arrangement. I re-booked with another pharmacy on my return home. I had the vaccination in the Deeping branch of the Well pharmacy and was offered an excellent and caring service throughout. It could not have been more different to the shoddy service in the Bourne pharmacy. This is the latest in a run of poor experiences with the Well pharmacy in Bourne Lincolnshire which, other than in emergency, I will not be using again.

Recommended service

I ordered a new prescription as usual on line and arranged postal delivery. This is my first time doing this and it worked really well. The tablets arrived within 4 days. I used to wait 4 days and then need to collect from the pharmacy. Great service I shall continue using. Recommended

It takes longer to receive in the last few orders.

From the moment I order to the moment it arrives it takes longer in the last few orders.
It may be quicker just going to the GP as I was doing before.

We aim to deliver orders within 7 working days of requests being sent to the surgery. If there are any stock disruptions, we endeavour to contact customers within a couple of days to discuss other alternatives. Once orders are dispatched, we do recommend allowing three working days for our external courier, Royal Mail, to deliver.

It is not clear at which stage the process broke down. So that we can investigate this for you, can you please contact us at hello@well.co.uk with your full name and date of birth and quoting Trustpilot so that we can locate your account and investigate the cause of the delay. This will allow us to understand the cause of the delay and make any necessary improvements to the service that we provide.
