Paid for 24hr next day delivery costing £4.95 and there was a delay in the delivery and they still took the money

Terrible service

Went into this pharmacy to get prescription. Was told 10mins so I said I'd be back. Went back after 30mins prescription not even started. So this time I waited. Then girl told me that I'd need to come back following day to pick up other half of my prescription. I ask if it could be delivered as I don't stay in the town but was told no. This was not my fault. I asked for my prescription back. Went to the other chemist where staff are very friendly and got my medication. Shocking service at this chemist. Safe to say will not be back in it.
