I'm sure the clothes are lovely. I was pleased they post to Canada and paid of course the extra for that. I have just received a customs duty fee from Canada. Only if you look for the pale grey print do they indicate that might happen. I've been posting to Canada for 40 years and never had this. I thought it must be a scam but no. The fee turns out to be $23 for just one light top.

I bought a birthday gift for my partner, the Filomena Shorts in a most beautiful fabric and style. She loved them, so much so that she immediately bought the matching top at full price and a second exquisite white hemp blouse in the sale.
An initial problem with the 10% discount for a first order was quickly resolved and delivery, in very nice recycable paper bags was well within their stated delivery times. What a great company.

I have ordered from this company on a number of occasions. While the clothing is generally pretty good (albeit made in China) they are extremely and annoyingly slow to process exchanges, returns and refunds. They are also impossible to contact and unhelpful replying to emails. Customer service is appalling! I will never bother with them again.

I've been very pleased with my experiences with this company, really nice products and good sales. I've returned a lot of things and haven't had any issues with getting a refund. Plus free returns is always appreciated.

I invite you to compare the sock pattern selection for men and women. I was so delighted to find sustainable socks with funky patters such as space ships, bikes and dinosaurs. Quick disappointment followed when all of these were only in men's sizes... In 2020, not something I want to support... I even left them a friendly comment to point out the issue couple of months back, but I didn't get a reply.

I bought a few things from here, including 2 dresses for work which I wear every week. I did have to return something for another size and they sent the replacements quickly with no fuss, really very happy with the quality, look and feel of the clothing (dresses, coat, leggings and socks). I don't know how they could do better.

If I could give these socks zero stars I would, the socks were given has a present so I have no way of returning them. I see the price on Amazon for the pack of socks and at the price I am extremely disappointed. The socks after ONE wash have become so uncomfortable that they are unwearable. The stitching on the pattern has come away and Bunched up inside the sock, it is like walking on lumps. The customer service was not good. I don’t want to be offered a single pair of socks when I have four pairs that are going to end up in the bin. I would not buy these socks again and recommend that no one else does either.

Customer service is poor. Have emailed and rang amd get no reply. I'm waiting for some items from 3rd Dec. No order updates no courier updates. Rang twice today and spoke to 2 different people. Both said same thing they will check with warehouse and ring back.
Still waiting.

Absolutely disappointed with this company! i signed up as an affiliate and my friend bought a lot via my website from thought, but I never received a commission. Whne I contected them many times, I was simple ignored - DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with them - they ignore you and leave you in the dark and don't pay you the commission you earned ! Really bad company!

I tried to refrain from writing a less than positive review about Thought because I really wanted to like them as a company. but after a long boring process of poorly finished clothing and no refund, I decided it was fair to do a review.
I bought some very lovely clothing from Thought. The button on One pair of trousers Had already fallen off when they arrived. I decided to over look this minor problem because the clothes were nice.
Then the seam unravelled on my bamboo joggers within two weeks. I contacted them; was offered an exchange or refund and I opted for a exchange. I never received an exchange after posting them back and I still haven’t received a full refund either. I’m now chasing them to solve this and no one has called me back. It’s quite frustrating and very disappointing because the clothes are nice.
I’m told that I’ve just been unlucky but I feel it might be more than that and that they aren’t quite the brand I thought they were.

Excellent quality. Buy most of my undergarments from them snd often accessories like scarves etc. Jumpsuit also fits great. No problems at all to date

I love that this brand is creating fashion using sustainable materials like organic cotton and bamboo. Delivery is fast and free returns too. Definitely the place to shop if you care about the planet and want to look good doing so! Good stuff.

I like the clothes, packaging etc but sadly customer service doesn't live up to the same sort of standard. Returned an item a couple of weeks ago, still no sign of the refund, the order shows as "pending" and I have just emailed for the second time to ask what is happening.

It's a shame but it has put me off buying from them online in future.

Very good quality garments and perfect fit. I also appreciate the packaging which is completely plastic free and made of recycled paper. I like this philosophy and absolutely recommend the company.

Tolle Designs, Gute Passform, Überzeugende Qualität!

Nach wenigen Waschdurchgängen, die wunderbar gelaufen sind, habe ich mich sogar getraut, die Kleider (entgegen den Waschhinweisen) in den Trockner zu geben - selbst diesen Härtetest haben sie vollkommen problemlos überstanden.

I've been looking into sustainably sources clothes and Thought came up as one of the more affordable options. I ordered a dress and when it came it was just perfect - so well made and such a lovely cut, it was like it had been made for me. You can instantly see that it's high quality so I expect to get a lot of use out of it.

Delivery was fast and my order was well packaged (without having unnecessary packaging) so I went back online and ordered another dress I'd been thinking about. I'll be a regular customer from now on.
