I thought I am investing in good quality trousers but they ripped in less than 5 months. I am really struggling financially right now, so since I have sworn off of fast fashion this was a major blow.

I have been a customer for many years-since they were Braintree before re-branding to Thought. I have always been keen to support the sustainable ethos. So when they brought out reduced impact jeans 'Denimkind', I bought a pair. Unfortunately after wearing them no more than a few dozen times, I noticed that they have worn through in the crotch area. I notified Thought of this, but got a reply stating that as it was over the 6 month return period (8 months to be precise), they couldn't do anything except express their 'sincerest apologies'. Note to Thought; 1) Sustainable clothes should be long-lasting-jeans that wear out in months are inherently unsustainable 2) A Thoughtful business should be prepared to admit that something has gone wrong and that something positive should be done and not just rely on their T's & C's.

Love this brand and the company ethos. Beautifully feminine yet modern clothes. I could buy everything on this site everytime I visit! Simple and classic designs lovely materials.

I have purchased from thought several times and am happy with the clothes which have been good quality and last.
Nice to see a range of different sizes and styles with some unique items. This is probably now my fav online shop.

Ordered some socks, received shipping confirmation but they were never delivered, contacted Thought via their online message page but they never responded so I phoned them 4 times each time them promising to ring me back, they never did, the woman who answered the phone said they would be changing their staff soon and hopefully their service would improve, sadly that doesn’t solve my problem now, I have had to ask PayPal to intervene.t

I have ordered twice from this company. The first time I ordered two jumpers but only one arrived and smelt so much I had to return it. It transpired the other jumper had been out of stock - instead of getting a “sorry we made a mistake and can’t fulfil your order” email I just got an email saying they refunded me. I decided to try again as a friend said she like them. I was disappointed to see that socks in sizes 4-7 were ‘womens’ with flowers et and socks in sizes 8-11 were ‘mens’ with dinosaurs, bicycles, and algebra. What if you are a women in size 8 who wants some flowers? Or a female size 6 who is in to bikes, dinosaurs and maths? Having ordered the same thing happened - part of my order did not appear. Looking back in my emails I saw a refund - no apology, no offer to send the missing article on when it came into stock, or to offer another option. It seems that what the website does not accurately reflect what the company actually has in stock and so ordering is hit and miss. Disappointing- these were Christmas presents for family and now one is missing. Makes it hard to actually rely on getting what you order. Will go elsewhere.

Really good quality, and speedy delivery. The only thing is that one of the items I ordered was out of stock but the website let me order it. They refunded me straight away.

No respect or do listen the customer issues. The customer service people use email template to reply or do not bother to reply. Need to call and pray for solution. First time bought from this brand and definitely last time. I use my regular brands to buy things at least I get respect and response in a way I deserve as a customer.

Terrible customer service, unfriendly & unhelpful.
Will not be ordering from them again 😔

I have ordered twice now in the space of a week. Order 1: beautiful cotton fabric and well tailored jumpsuit in a unique Sicilian style print. Sent with complimentary excellent quality bamboo socks!
Order 2: 2 mens shirts that I bought as womenswear - amazing cotton fabric with a really unique map print on it - again sent with complimentary bamboo socks!
Beautifully wrapped, dispatched quickly. Really great quality. Appreciated the NHS discount code too - thank you!

The wrong garment was sent - I had to prove that it was the wrong dress
The goods have to be returned and you have to buy again

Not very thoughtful when dealing with problems they have created

I accidentally came across this brand by buying a pair of thought.com trousers from Tkmaxx. I loved them so much I went online and brought more clothes.
The sizes are slightly generous, the quality is excellent.
I don't know how green they actually are, this seems to be their selling point.
I would buy again especially during sales.
No problems with delivery or anything.

I have bought clothing from Thought now for a few years. I have sent back more items than I have bought. The pieces I kept are delightful. I find sending clothes back is easy and I am refunded very quickly. If I email them I get a thoughtful reply back, never a robot message not related to my question as many companies do. My only complaint would be that much of their clothing is very heavy so not good for packing for a holiday if you don't have a car. For light weight clothing I order 100% cotton. I particularly love their cardigans, I ruined one once by not reading washing instructions first. Now if I just can't read the tiny print on washing instructions, I wash in cold water to be on the safe side.

I've ordered from them about half a dozen times now and never had a problem. Their socks especially are the best I've ever bought -- thick but breathable, great quality, and incredibly soft. They've ruined all others for me!

I have tried to unsubscribe 3 times but they just wait a few months and start emailing me again. It is unlawful and unacceptable. I don't want to buy their clothes, or anything else,made in China

Had to give one star as not possible to give zero.
Thoughtless clothing would be a more appropriate name. It seems you can order things from the site and yet they don't actually have them!! A few days later a jolly email appears saying 'we are happy to tell you we have refunded your payment'!!
How flaming disappointing! Nothing happy here!! I fail to see how you can make such a balls up on a website. Definitely wouldn't try shopping here again!

I cannot believe these glowing reports!! This is another cheap clothes made in China companies. None of the items are like the photos. Quality is awful, sizing is all over the place.

Well, I felt like a film star wearing my beautiful skirt! It seemed like a designer skirt as the colours, design and fabric were so beautiful.

It is rare to find an item of clothing that makes you feel like that. I love my skirt!
