how are this corrupt unprofessional plonkers operating i bought shared ownership off this just problems they just want money not and they cover everything up all this comments are so true wish i read them before buying off these tramps

We had to report a nuisance WDH tenant who turned up randomly and unannounced on our property, screaming false allegations and commenting on and judging our parenting and lifestyle. Caroline came out to see us, reviewed the footage and immediately took action against this individual. Caroline was kind, caring and understanding, and addressed the issue without delay.

As day to y day landlords I personally don't think WDH are too bad but my main gripe is based around general estate maintenance and forward planning.

In our area roofs are running alive with moss and lichens, soft boarding rotting and hidden under layers of paint.

On forward planning acres of roof space need communal solar panel installation to help residents with energy conservation and subsequent lowering of eye watering bills.

We've had no major problems with repair requests and our neighbourhood seems relatively quiet which is a blessing.

More long term thinking and action are required hence 3 stars only at this time.

Absolutely shocking maintenance of grounds & homes!
With speaking to a Manager from Estates last Friday regarding a complaint I had submitted he was not a very pleasant man to say the least. The whole area needs an overhaul & to be cleaned up. The road & surrounding roads are an embarrassment, to the point I don't even admit to living on that street, it is that bad!!!

Don’t have any faith in wdh at all not after how I’ve been treat while waiting 17 years to be housed and even been in a priority band at that one for priority on medical grounds and one been homeless yet wdh didn’t do anything to offer me anywhere and yet on seeing the lettings you’ve made to people I’ve noticed that somebody got the same priority band as me but they got it in March this year yet I was in band A for just over three months so I clearly proves it’s nothing to do with housing needs nor is it about how peoples health needs either wdh clearly cause more problems for people who apply for housing and I’ve actually made a complaint about discrimination/victimisation to wdh as I’ve already had this confirmed it is definitely one other two and if nothing is about this it’s going further as wdh don’t house anybody fairly whatsoever and previous results prove this to be the case .. for a housing association you’re not bothered about how you leave people suffering instead you continue with it all the time

I reported damp above the skirting boards in my bungalows livingroom last year...it was due to the outside wall needing pointing. The guys came out and pointed the wall...but yet damp is still coming in! Its frustrating as I decorated the room earlier in the year. The bedrooms are the same...all damp above the skirting boards...and again I had decorated the rooms. It is so maddening, I had reported damp in the smaller bedroom of the bungalow 3 years ago and was told I had too much furniture in the room!!! Come on WDH Whatever happened to the good service you used to give.? You have gone completely downhill!!!

My mum lives in WDH flat.
Hallways and stairs are kept very clean.
Repairs are done immediately or very quickly.
Tenants causing issues are dealt with.
She is very happy in her flat.

The house needed a refurbishment as prior complaint ect my celing in my kids room is coming through kitchen cuboards are rotten cheap mdf wood which is rotted out and disgusting I decided to refer myself and got in trouble for it total waste of time as has no heating or hot water due to a boiler being a vulnerable adult and had three children under the ages of 10 I asked for compensation from this company and they refused me anything instead grassed me up for the paint work I did to my kitchen cuboards also had mould in cuboards and havent done anything about it rent has apparently increased which is a discrase if your wanting money for rent then at least make sure the house has all repairs that need doing first.

To all you people wanting a property off WDH and getting nowhere here's one reason why. my neighbour got sent to prison last year and the property is still empty WHY? and it got a total refurbishment last year so I don't know why it's still empty

I've been band A with wdh for nearly 1 year I have 5 children with asd/sen lost my home in January due to private landlord wanting to sell up this went on for best part of a year before I actually had to leave as they made me go through court process etc.. now in temporary top floor flat in a drug infected trampy area with my children... wdh will not help me. I've had several letters sent by GPS pediatrics mps with nothing... mine and my children's mental health is suffering been in this flat mold everywhere absolutely appalling I should of got a property before I lost my home my children shouldn't of had to go through this traumatising up route... now a good 4 hour round tip commute to school daily as the flat I'm in is opposite end of wakefield to where I was!!! How can they do this to children who all ready struggle with the world they live in... this ontop is so unfair...

Rent increase of £32 a month from April, What the actual hell. We are struggling with no help from you guys and then this, Andy you greedy sod.

Wdh don't care about the community I reported drugs next door but all they could do was to say well we can move you to a flat, but what they did not say was it would be in a really bad drug area like I say wdh don't give a s..t

I think wdh are a terrible housing landlord, they don't care about there tenants at all. We have mould in our bathroom for months and nothing has been done our kitchen cupboards don't close properly and have all dropped wdh aren't interested. We have exposed radiator pipes in our living room there is no boxing in again wdh won't do anything housing manger has said 'do it yourself' shocking housing landlord they don't care.

Wdh has too many chiefs and not 1 of them no what the other is doing.
Complaints is a joke , I'm not the aggressor yet I'm offered counselling and meditation ,
Then there's the new roof iv had on . I was left when the weather was _10 with thin tarpaulin (the wind blew that half off) no roof just beams a ceiling and fresh freezing air for over a week all while the world is in a living crisis who's paying this bill ?.Daughter had to sleep downstairs due to the cold and noise she is sitting her exams .I complained but iv heard nothing , the asbestos lads have put holes In the ceiling iv pic so do wdh , 3 weeks iv still not heard when this will be repaired.
Basically 1 star is at a push .

So they think sending people to ur door and speaking to them like garbage is OK.. dnt send under qualified people out who have no people skill

Wdh..I have spoken to someone at your office who actually listened..and the said person won't be at my door again..its the overall attitude of this young women that really annoyed me..my own daughter look around her age..and I would never let or would she speak to me this way..so I will not allowed anyone else to..respect is earned..and although she was not a pleasant experience..when I call the staff seem to genuinely want to help..thanks for the reply

WDH Don't do nothing but take your funds and provide 0 services. WDH Breach their own contract. For over 5 years after 1 won court case and a new one starting all over again cos WDH do nothing in time. They cant even submit evidence to court on time. Aided with piles of evidence that is non arguable, WDH love letting antisocial behaviour, drug dealing and benefit fraud to carry on. They sacked rob o conner for being useless and still do nothing and still fail to take any action against supergrass. Wdh will leave your health to diminish and let you be at risk of loosing your job cos you cant functions no longer. they don't want to disturb local thug activity it seems they promote it. Then when you get off the real issues there services are a joke... they paint 1 panel on a full fence. Paint your front door when it's closed leaving a dumb boarder round your door when you open it. They never uphold their appointments just extend on from original dates, when they do finally come they have left it too late, unless taking funds from you. WDH is a total abortion if you could avoid them your life would be far better off. Expect nothing from the WDH and you may suffice in your cold home they removed your loft insulation from. Oh they will do anything to make you poor and homeless. Even gave us a warning from proving the neighbours are criminal's in breach of all terms of the tenancy agreement. If your a gangsta WDH is more than accommodating to you!

Currently having to flee very high risk domestic violence, to have a very rude worker (Jane Sanderson) come into my home and tell me basically 2 doors in my home would stop me and my son being able to move. Putting our lives in danger.. this women is evil.

WDH are brilliant landlords. We have never had a problem with getting repairs fixed quickly and efficiently. We had a problem with our boiler and rung WDH. The heating engineer came out in just over an hour, fixed the problem and even fitted us a carbon monoxide detector at the same time. Excellent service. Thanks very much.

The repair people have always been polite ,helpful and tidy.
The only complaint I have is the size of the tree in my front garden, the roots are causing damage to my front path ,it's almost knocked my fence over ( to which I have Bern informed no replacement of fence, part of it plus gate was not replaced ) not only is it damaging my own path but also the public pavement .
I have informed staff that it is dangerous for my son ,if he trips and breaks his right leg it is a possibility that it will be amputated .
I was told by a staff member that it cannot be removed but when we enquired about purchasing the property the same staff member said if we bought it , I could take it down .

The recent survey in my doorstep was rediculous! Sending wdh staff to ask us our opinion when they don't give a stuff! Asking me how I'm getting on with any money issues, I say ' well it's hard for everyone at mo' and she pulls money from her pocket and says she's off to by some chocolate!!!. Most of these WFH staff talk to you like your a brain dead nobody!!! We are not human beings to them. Apparently a council tenant means your worthless!!! I hate dealing with them. They seem to enjoy looking down upon you when coming into contact!!!. I give the 2 stars because when repairs are done. And when these tradesmen never do the job properly to prevent further issues,. So occasionally have to have repair done again!! Wdh like to try and find a way to blame tenants for issues. Cash that's all that matters. Don't get me started on nutty neighbor who smokes pot all day!!!.
