This was my first luxury watch purchase with The Watch Club and it was a great experience.
I had been searching for this watch for months and finally I was able to see one in the flesh.
Tracey was very helpful when I first saw her and she advised that the watch I wanted would be availabe the following week. Tracey cotacted me as promised and I inspected the watch two days later and I was not dissapointed. The watch was exactly as Tracey had described.
The Watch Club team made sure that before I left, everything fit how it was supposed to and I understood how to work the watch.

A fantastic all round experience. Very knowledgeable staff, a beautifully curated selection of watches, the focus being on quality over quantity- but most importantly a friendly environment and no pressure to buy. I will certainly be using Watch Club again to build my collection, they cannot be faulted!

Prompt Mandatory Re - evaluation
I need to re evaluate the rating on this store since unfortunately I have been left quite dissatisfied with the watch's quality I purchased. The watch was bought on December 2023 and since then I have already taken it once for repair to Rolex's official repair store and it looks like that I will be taking it again.... The most frustrating thing - apart of course of the amount of money I paid - is that they came highly recommended from people I deeply trust and I chose not to look to other stores since I was quite free of any concerns about the quality of these guys service, unfortunately I was wrong.......

We were saddened and somewhat mystified as to the reason you would change a 5-star review without any communication with us. Reading the new review, it appears your dissatisfaction is with Rolex themselves, as you are questioning the inherent quality of a 2022 year watch under their official guarantee.
You purchased the Rolex Deepsea ref. 126660 from us in Dec 2023. The watch had just come back from a Rolex UK service, and was covered by the Rolex warranty to May 2027. The gentleman who referred you to us is a long-standing client, and the Deepsea you purchased was a perfect recent example with Rolex box & papers, and under Rolex’s manufacturers warranty. All was good we thought.
In fact, below is the last communication we had from you, an email you sent on the 21st of Feb 2024;
"thank you, will keep you posted with anything further. will keep an eye on the rest of the merchandise you guys bring since I am thinking to go for another one. antonis."
Our colleague Tracey has already reached out to you by phone, however you are most welcome to visit us in person to discuss your dissatisfaction with Andrew the store manager, and allow us the opportunity to actually see why you felt it needed to go back to Rolex under warranty.

Shopping for an AP in London in February

My wife And I were undecided as to what we would do, But we eventually decided on an AP which was a beautiful timepiece and it was exactly exactly what my wife had, Tracy was a fantastic person to deal with, she applied no pressure whatsoever for us to make decision and was very knowledgeable.
