I had an excellent experience with The Watch Club. From my initial dealing with Maria, to making the actual purchase with Andrew.... Both were a pleasure to deal with, professional, friendly and genuinely knowledgeable. There was absolutely no pressure when it came to making a purchase, just honest advice and a clear passion for what they do. The whole process was smooth, transparent and enjoyable from start to finish.

Highly recommended, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

I made my second purchase recently through the Watch Club, and was met with the same stellar level of service as experienced nearly 10 years ago. Although this time I had transacted online given I now live in Asia, however Matt got in touch with me to provide a personal touch and to also help me out with some questions. He also went extra yards to help me obtain some details from my original purchase which had been misplaced over the years. The new watch was dispatched almost immediately and arrived the following day to my UK address. Couldn’t ask for much more, and will be returning for my third purchase when the time comes.

With all due respect I apologise i bought another rolex elsewhere so it was 3 from yourselves. Daytona being returned only because was faulty was the facts of the matter and the yaughtmaster I lost a fair amount on as wasn't happy with size and as for third watch Matt offered me a free polish with it I never claimed so I still believe you should never have taken another 250 off it. Honestly wish I had kept now as other dealer where I bought my new yaughtmaster 40 from said he would sort something for me but it was too late, and for the record I will never change mind and will never return unless you want to send me the 250 you took just because yous thought to do as I am in market for a another 1 you can guarantee it will not be yourselves I purchase from.

Melanie was a fabulous consultant, showing me multiple watches and talking through some of the unique aspects of each. The watch I bought, a fairly rare JLC, malfunctioned, no fault of the Watch Club, six weeks on and Matt, Tracy and Melanie have taken very good care of me, working immediately to remedy the repairs and get my watch back to me. I look forward to continuing to work with the team there.

Really fab experience with Matt. I was directed to Watch Club by my brother in law, and found a beautiful 2000 Submariner Date. Matt took his time to talk to me about all the features and elements of the watch, as well as showing me through an Explorer II and Explorer I I was interested in. Really knowledgeable, helpful and honest. The help from Melanie when I came to pick up, with adjustments, advice on care and maintenance was fab. Matt has still been helping me with advice after sales. Now I understand why my brother in law signposted me to Watch Club. Highly recommend!

I was strolling through Royal Arcade and had in the back of my head that I wanted to buy a Submariner Date and I had actually joined a waiting list at an AD the day prior.

We were greeted at The Watch Club after making a spontaneous appointment and Matt produced an unworn 2024 Submariner Date which was exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't believe my luck. Matt was really knowledgeable and we almost bought a Daytona for my partner as well!

Couldn't recommend more! I fear I will be back soon purchasing another beautiful watch!

Matt was extremely professional, welcoming and knowledgeable. Various watches discussed in my price range and I got to try on several watches before settling on another submariner (there is obviously something I like about subs)! The watch is immaculate, and it was very fairly priced. Matt removed links to get the fit correct while we waited and couldn't have been more helpful. A bonus was my other half was kindly gifted chocolates for her patience whilst we nerded out about watches! Many thanks Matt for an amazing watch and a great experience.
