Good product, great to have a picture rather than a white plain square. Fantastic to have a template to help with putting the fixings on the wall. Best of all having a phone number and someone to talk to just to check any issues you may have. Well done.

Great communication, swift delivery and good product. The Infrared panel works as described, and the art on the panel is lovely.

Purchase was arranged to be delivered on Tuesday between 10 to 2pm , now Thursday still not arrived, should be today before 6pm, but this is what it was stated for yesterday from Fed Ex, still waiting, we will see if it arrives today, very inconvenient.
After posting this, I received a call from Shannon who understood my frustration with Fed Ex, said she would contact them, which see did, and the heater arrived. Very impressed with the customer care from Shannon, with follow up calls and emails. This gave me great confidence, for future purchases.

An amazing 5 stars from me, especially for all Ethan’s help in making sure my custom picture panel was perfect before finalising.

I was positively surprised to receive a personal letter from customer support, checking if everything is as expected.
I combined the heated mirror panel with a smart plug and it's perfect for the bathroom on a cold winter morning.

From the moment I placed my order for the Infrared Ember heater to the moment it should have arrived was less than 24 hours. Communication from the company was excellent but they were let down by their delivery company who said they would deliver between 10:00 and 14:00. The delivery took place at 17:31. However, the parcel was delivered in good order. The heater was also quite easy to fit and produces a great heat.

Bought a small heater as a trial for a small room. Good price and promptly delivered . it seems to be doing everything as expected and I am well pleased with my purchase after never having had any dealings with infrared heating, and will see how it goes

Have bought IR panels from this company previously. Panel well wrapped, promptly posted and delivered securely (undamaged!) Panel as described and now installed in our spare bedroom to ward off the 'winter chills'.

Quick and easy service.

I recently purchased two wall-mounted panels on the recommendation of my electrician for my newly built gym. Upon installation on the wall and ceiling, I was immediately impressed by their slim, modern, and unobtrusive design.

What truly exceeded my expectations, however, was their heating performance. The panels provide exceptional warmth—so much so that I’ve had to reduce the temperature setting to 14°C, even at this time of year, despite initially setting them at 20°C. The space is approximately 30 sqm and well insulated, which certainly contributes, but the panels themselves deliver outstanding efficiency.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. The panels perform exactly as needed, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone seeking an effective and aesthetically pleasing heating solution.

Fantastic service from this retailer! Order process was extremely smooth, communication throughout was excellent and they provided very fast delivery. The heater was of a good quality and was an ideal size and solution for my needs. An integrated thermostat would’ve been useful but it was no problem to add a standalone unit. Overall I am very pleased with the service and the product, highly recommend!!
