I returned an item that was the wrong size
I emailed customer service to see if they had received it
I was replied back straightaway by Gary who gave me the right information I needed he was very informative @ very good customer service as my email was answered asap

My parcel got lost in transit but Olivia was great in helping me sort it out. She got a new order sent out to me with next day delivery. It is due to be delivered tomorrow. Very helpful and quick response from Olivia, thank you again.

Great customer service, always answer any questions quickly. Love the brand and good customer service goes a long way.

My first purchase with Wanderdoll and there was a small error in the order. Gary at customer service was brilliant! realised the mistake , quickly sorted out the correct size, and all the while kept me informed with regular emails. When i got my items I was so impressed. Fab fit and quality materials. Honestly , it’s great customer service that makes all the difference, and Gary was first class. Cannot wait to use them again.

I’m not someone who ever leaves negative reviews, but this experience has left me absolutely furious.
I spent £216 on four items — a dress, two bodysuits, and a matching skirt. The dress felt much cheaper than the co-ord set, but nothing suited me, so I decided to return everything for a refund. I literally tried each item on once, didn’t like them, and packaged everything back up and return the very next day — with all tags, ribbons, and packaging exactly as received.
Today, I received a notification from my bank and noticed only £136 had been refunded. I panicked and checked my emails, only to find a message from Wanderdoll saying:
“We have received the following - STORM MINI DRESS | KHAKI. As stated in our terms and conditions all garments must be returned in a condition where they can be resold. When checking your garment our team have identified a strong smell of smoke. We will return this to you today as we cannot accept your return.”

UNBELIEVABLE. I do not smoke — never have — and to claim only one of the four items “smelled of smoke” makes absolutely no sense. How could that even happen if all the items were in the same package?
Honestly, I feel this is just a tactic some companies use to keep part of your money. I’ve emailed them back and am waiting for a response, but I wanted to leave this review to warn others.
Be very cautious when ordering from Wanderdoll — their return process feels unfair, and I strongly suspect they do this regularly. I’m beyond disappointed. They’ll like reply claiming to have already sent the cheap looking dress back to me… we shall see

Absolutely love wanderdoll so much. Every item I order never fails to amaze me. I had a slight issue with my order recently and Olivia from the customer service team dealt and resolved the problem so fast and efficiently, thankyou so much for making the back and forth so smooth!!

Dress quality is really good.
It’s Easy to do returns with these, in fact they also offer an account credit with extra money if you choose that option.

Although I didn't keep any of my order as the clothes didn't fit, I had to contact customer services to chase a refund and Gary was extremely helpful, polite and quick to response to my email. Due to the excellent service I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

I ordered a two piece from wanderdoll and it unfortunately broke after being washed once. Wanderdoll customer service, in particular Gary and Olivia went above and beyond and ended up sending me a replacement item. They were both friendly and helpful. Great customer service and will be buying more items from wanderdoll as I love their products and I think the broken item was a one off because I’ve ordered from here before and the items are amazing quality.

I ordered the Frankie set from wanderdoll, gorge outfit as usual but after my first wear I realised the waistband was mismatched fabric (stripes weren’t aligned) gutted as I knew this wasn’t typical for wanderdoll. Olivia from customer service offered me 15% off straight away but I didn’t want to accept this as I wanted the product to be correct so this morning I received my replacement pair.

Fantastic brand and beautiful team. Clothing is top quality and makes you feel comfortable with model-style outfits! Obsessed. Thank you Ainsleigh & team 🤍
