They advertise easy returns, but try every angle to not give you a return. And, then say to not contact them for 30 more days if you don’t receive your credit.

Nice suits, slow shipping, onerous return policy
They had some nice variety of bathing suits. You cannot purchase different sizes for a 2-piece like other websites. The shipping was partial and slow. The worst part if the return policy. Can't be done online and they won't provide return address until you've sent photos of the protective stickers still on the suit bottoms. Took a week of back and forth. Won't order from them again, too much work.

No returns, website lies
They do not take returns. They claim that that do, but they will never give you the address to send the returns. They will waste your time playing games offering you 30% refund and then later 50% if you keep them instead of returning them, and of course you would probably never see any of it. Horrible and dishonest company.

What a scam
What a scam. Absolutely terrible customer service. Attempted to cancel an order shortly after it was made, and they charge a cancellation fee. Typical scam operation, likely they will change their name and continue to engage in deplorable business practices. Avoid this company at all costs.

This company is a SCAM
This company is a SCAM! There website said I could cancel within 24 hours. I tried to cancel in less than 12 because it would not arrive on time. A lot of apologizing and of course its too late????? No way did this ship so fast! All they want is your money and hope you will just go away because of course there is no phone number! I will be reporting them to the BBB. I will be posting a negative review everywhere I can! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

The sizing provided by Walk on Beach is completely inaccurate. My swimwear was ridiculously too big, the items were packed like rags and of poor quality. The return process was so expensive as to be prohibitive... I nearly had to pay the same again in return and replacement forwarding shipping costs to gamble on replacement items fitting. I chose a refund of a quarter of what I spent and am left with items useless to me. VERY unhappy!!!

Defective product. Return impossible.
Tankini defective—ill-fitting, missed stitches, sewn incorrectly. Took 15 days to arrive with no shipping updates despite a tracking number. They made the return process impossible. I had to email for them to initiate the return, listing all reasons for wanting the return. Then they asked for fotos. I sent 11 fotos in zipped folders which they claimed they were unable to open. So I sent them again individually. They they said I needed to ‘lay the garment flat, take pictures and circle in the pictures the defect’. So I made arrows and pointed to the defects in fotos. Then they said I needed to send the pictures higher resolution. I gave up which is exactly what they wanted me to do. Absolutely horrible company!!!!

Be Very Cautious With This Company
I made an order for 2 swim suits. I did not receive confirmation of my order. I checked my cc a few days later and I was charged. 5 days later and still no email confirmation of my order I contacted the company and they had to find my order. I told customer service that if the order could not be received by my deadline needed to go ahead and cancel the order. Even though I did not receive the order confirmation or receipt they stated it was to late and it was shipped. The tracking number showed it had not been received to the shipper. The location of the company was Korea, Not much I could do and they were not willing to cancel the order since I would not receive the product before my vacation. I received the order after my vacation. Expect 3 weeks to receive your product and expect little recourse if there is an issue.

I ordered 4 items and all were in…
I ordered 4 items and all were in stock. 2 days later I was notified 1 item was out of stock. So my shipment wasn't shipped. I have gotten 2 emails. None contain info on when in stock items will be shipped, who is the shipper, what day it will ship.
Nor was there any reference to my order number in the emails.
How do they keep up with incomplete orders, no order number, etc.

Awful fake company
Awful fake company! Do not use!! This company is based in China. I purchased over £120 worth of product, I paid £18.99 for fast delivery 5-7days. I attempted multiple times to contact the delivery company but could never speak to a human. Original purchase in August 2024, I have not received my package or refund in Nov 2024. The company is refusing to refund me. Fake company please avoid!

Avoid using this company
Do not use this company unless you are absolutely certain of the product and will keep it. A 30% refund is extortionate as is the £7.99 delivery charge which I expected to be next day, but the item only came 2 days before my holiday. Item was of poor quality and bad fit. I was refunded £7.87 against a purchase of £34.24. Reading through their policy I could have paid for Tracked shipping with the facility in the US for a full refund, but wasn't prepared to throw good money after poor goods and service.

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. I ordered 5 swimsuits in hopes to find one for vacation. 2 fit and I kept them. 3 don’t fit at all. The reply email I received made me realize I am not going to get a refund. I have all the plastic and the panty liners but none of my products have tags. I simply tried them on and immediately took them off and repackaged them . Mint condition. I am being asked to keep them with a 30% return. I can’t wear them. Why would I keep them. I researched the company and it’s not American even though they have an American address. I went to file a complaint with BBB and I can’t because it’s Chinese. Walkonbeach does have swimsuits but there is no customer service because it’s a scam. They have your money.

Something fishy about this company, no pun intended!
I'm not happy with the WalkonBeach company, but I do love the swimdress I ended up with. They have an absolutely ridiculous set of rules you have to follow in order for them to even start a return. You have to submit photos of the tags and crotch of each return and only then will they give you a return address.
If you go down this road of Hell, make sure you get a copy of the address you send the package to, and keep the receipt from the company you're using to send it.
I'm sure I sent my package of returning suits to the correct address, but it "supposedly" never arrived and I'm out $200 because of it. They "say" they never received it.
So be very careful if you decide to buy from WalkonBeach. There is something fishy about this company!
