Was für ein kriminelles Unternehmen! Ware soll angeblich nach den USA zurückgesendet werden, obwohl sich dieses Unternehmen nicht einmal die Mühe macht ihre "Made in China" Etiketten zu entfernen. Ware ist völlig vernäht und die Größen stimmen überhaupt nicht. Nach Reklamation nur 1 E-Mail bekommen mit Angebot von 30% Rabatt oder in die USA zurücksenden. Auf weitere E-Mails wurde überhaupt nicht reagiert, habe jetzt Anzeige erstattet. Danach könnt ihr auf eurer Bank das Geld zurückholen. Macht euch die Mühe, es lohnt sich. Diesen angeblichen Unternehmen ohne Impressum, Steuernummer, Anschrift und Telefonnummer muss das Handwerk gelegt werden. Passt bei euren Bestellungen immer auf ein Impressum auf.

I would not recommend using this company if you are in any doubt about the item you are purchasing as trying to return it will be a nightmare and one which I am still trying to navigate. They are making it a very difficult, lengthy and expensive process.

Avoid this company...it is a scam.
The swimsuit sizings are totally unreliable. Returns are offered, but you have to email for a return address. Their response includes onerous questions as to why you want to make the return, eg. Sending photographs and to top it all, the return address is in the USA. You will note from their website, that there is no scope to leave reviews...I wonder why! My advice, is to avoid this company and by from a reputable retailer.

Their return policy is a NIGHTMARE
Their customer service is terrible, and the "Easy Return" is a complete joke! The swimsuits I purchased all ran very small, and returning them will cost me close to $30.00 because they do not allow USPS returns. Why would a legitimate company not allow USPS returns? I wish I had read the complaints before I purchased from this company. They offer a discount if you keep them. Who wants to keep something that doesn't fit? I would recommend avoiding this company and purchasing from a reputable one instead.

Never received my package. Customer service went provide me with information. Asked for a refund. Was refused. There response was "sorry to tell you but you wont be getting a refund, we sent the package" Couldn't tell you if the priduct is good. I never received it. I ordered a suit, it was too large. I asked for a refund or an exchange. They required photos, multiple email and then said they would charge approx $20 for a return. Then they offered me 50% off. Then they said well you might not get that for 15 days, or maybe at all, if so contact us. They also do not allow actual reviews on their website. They are a total scam.

Worst customer Service experience I used their sizing chart ans suit was way too big. They go out of their way to make it difficult confusing an expensive to try to return an item or exchange it.I definitely do not recommend this company in any way. Even their suits are not great quality.

Don’t order anything from this company. I ordered two swimsuits and received only one. When I inquired about my remaining order they tell me that the item is out of stock and I should expect a refund within 15 to 30 days. Did not receive. Inquired again, got the same response, and still no refund. Stay away!
