Dave is always very helpful and makes the hire experience seem a breeze.

This was my first experience … I loved the drive. I did find the set up strange at first.
But once I found internet … I got to google a few things I then fell in love.
Will rent again for sure.

VWFS are the best rental place I know and I've looked around ALOT, I often need to drive up-north a good 5 hour trip each way. I always get a good deal, everyone is friendly and helpful and the cars are just super, comfy, reliable.

I found VW rental West London 18 months ago and they have been excellent. I have used a variety of vehicles from Polo to Passat Estate and the level of service quality of vehicles has been consistently high. The service from David is great and he goes the extra mile to locate a vehicle if it isn’t listed as available. I avoid all other hire co’s now. Thanks

Amazing service as always. David provided an upgrade to our requested vehicle and the Cupra was a joy to drive. Have rented a number of vehicles over the last few years and each time it just gets better. Will continue to be my choice of rental agency going forward as we need a vehicle.

I wish all van rentals were as good as VVFS. David was really helpful and flexible with the rental timings and didn’t worry too much about how much charge the van had at the end of the rental period. I rented the ID Buzz Cargo for the Easter weekend - and liked it so much, I’m definitely getting one!

The nicest car hire experience ever! Convenient location 10 min walk from home, lovely car showroom to browse while I wait, high-spec cars, and I can choose the exact model I want. I wish I had found this years ago!

We love renting cars from these guys. They're always super friendly, responsive on emails and keen to give us the best price they can. Pick up & drop off has been smooth and easy both times I've rented from them. The cars themselves are spotless when you get in and often the latest VW models. I've had a Golf and Polo so far. Will be using them again I'm sure!

Hired a VW California which was immaculate, the customer service from the team was genuinely first class, first time I’d used Citygate, so a genuine customer review.

Brilliant!

I am a multi repeat customer so when I collected my car and was told there was no damage and didn’t have to inspect it, I agreed.
However on return I’ve just been told there is damage which will cost £300 inc VAT. This is completely unacceptable.
