Yes it was a very smooth booking and pick up the guy at the desk was very helpful and polite. I will definitely be coming back in the future best go to rent a car company!

I rented a car today from them, the guy from the desk, I think his name was Richard, asked for my card to pay the £500 deposit. I gave him the card, and I saw him put in the computer all the details from the front of the card and then flip the card. He quickly looked at the back of the card and wrote the three digits from the back on a piece of paper; he held his hand so I couldn’t see it. I saw everything, so I asked him why he would do that, why he would write the three digits from the back of the card and hide. All he said was, “Do you want me to scribble them?” I found this very dodgy and unsafe, so be very careful and cautious when using them.

Had an issue with the car and was dealt with in a very professional manner and the sales representative was very friendly. Nice and easy transaction would recommend.

The car was great comfortable drive and the whole process was easy and straightforward

Excellent service and lovely range of vehicles. I was stuck in traffic and arrived 10mins after the last pick up time, and they were really helpful and still attended to me.

The process is seamless and does not have all the faff that usually comes with hiring cars. On this occasion though some standard features i have come to expect in your cars were missing - hence the missing star.
