I didn’t get the car that I booked. Finally due to my travel plans I had to take the car that they provided. The replacement car was underpowered, so I had to struggle throughout my travel. At least if they could have given the similar spec car it would have been good. I am partially satisfied.

The hire cost was very good value, the car was great, and the service was very good too. Recommended!

All good. You know which vehicule you will have (unlike traditionnel rental companies) and the price I had was very competitive.

Great car and great service from the desk when I collected and returned the car.
My 3 star review is because the car smelt of cigarette smoke and I had to drive for two hours with the smell in my nose.

I was given a free upgrade to the car that I thought I was renting which was fine but it took a long time (approx 50 minutes) to complete the paperwork etc when I collected the car and the car had not been cleaned.

Reasonably priced rental car that was as described online and drove nicely. No hidden charges or extra add ons. Price was that advertised.

Would be 5* review other than the fact I picked the car up 2 hours after my booking time to find out after finishing the paperwork that the car needed valeting. After waiting 30 mins the car was still delivered in a non-valeted state. A real shame, as otherwise had great service and experience with them. Will use them again.

Fair price, good service, nice vehicle.
The car advertised was the car I received, no hidden charges.

However, vehicle could have been cleaner upon delivery and if I was using it for a more important reason, I would have complained. Wasn't a problem this time.

The moment I walked in I was approached by someone to see if I needed help, explained I had come to hire a car,was took straight to Rio who was in charge of the rental department. A very helpful person who was helpful, explained in plain English what everything was about, also no hidden charges and I thought was an excellent price. Initially I hired the car(Tiago) for one week as my own car was being repaired, had to extend for one more week and Rio helped me out and within minutes it was all sorted...painless. It's service like this which we need more off,thank you Rio .

As ever excellent service. Car was spotless very easy handover etc. A LOT Cheaper than any other companies looked at for comparisons.
