Lovely very efficient service, the car was perfect for our requirements and easy to drive, it was nice to actually speak to a human being rather than doing it online because I needed a car at very short notice on a Saturday morning, i had tried several other companies but they were online only and wasted a lot of time to find out they were fully booked. Well done VWFS Northampton.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Zakkiyya at Parksway Volkswagen Northampton. I have dealt with her twice this week and she has been exceptional on both occasions. I have had car trouble recently and Zakkiyya had put my mind at ease by delivering an immaculate service. She managed to find a suitable vehicle for my needs as well as going above and beyond to support me upon arrival as well as setting off. Everything was done so smoothly and she demonstrated great knowledge about the vehicles as well as being efficient in her work. She is a credit to her organisation and I will be using Volkswagen regularly as well as recommending the business to friends and family. A massive thank you to Zakkiyya and her team.

Lovelly car friendly and everything promised they delivered would use again

I have used vwfs multiple times now, but the most recent time I went to rent a vehicle they got it all ready, to call me back an hour later to say I'm not now able to use there service, I asked why and if i could speak to a manager but apparently he was already away for Xmas. I asked if I could get a call back when he is next available which I never got a call or email.
I have never normally had a problem but the only thing they could say was they can't help me at this time and my account has had a ban put on it so I cannot use there devices. After this situation they told me maybe try thrifty cars. (Bad for business)
I went ahead and called thrifty cars and they was excellent and I would 100% recommend

Fantastic service from all the team.
Will definitely return when I need a rental car again.

Well it was a good price September/October brand new Golf quick and good on juice I think 50/60`s the Gallon,
and very quick.

The booking of the rental was quite difficult with multiple email follow ups and checks to ensure it was booked and confirmed.

The car itself was good (Tiguan) and good value for the rental, but no washer fluid for wind wipers and I had to purchase washer fluid for the journey soured this slightly. No reimbursement on washer fluid.

Could be a great product but service and attention to detail needs to be improved especially on booking and confirmation.

The process of hiring a car was seamless and simple. The car was presented in excellent condition. Price of hire was very comparable to other main steam hire companies. Reception service was excellent. Highly recommend WV hire.

Excellent service. Very accommodating and competitively priced. I dealt with Kev, who was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and the vehicle we hired, (VW Tiguan -7 seater) was lovely. Thanks for everything and we will be using you again.
