Easy booking process and was confimed with the van I asked for quickly. Collection was simple and quick and was driving off about 10 mins after getting to the garage when I the hire date started. Ended up getting a sighly better van than booked for same price which was over £80 cheaper than enterprise so was really happy with that. happily use here again

I had an excellent experience with VWFS Rent-a-Car. The 2024 model I rented was brand new, drove smoothly, and had great features like CarPlay and a digital touchscreen. It felt more like driving a luxury car than a small van. The automatic option made driving easy and enjoyable, and the car perfectly fit all my luggage and household items. The affordable rental price was a big plus as well. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations and solved my moving needs effortlessly. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

Great easy service...van was huge staff very helpful....only issue was i only needed it for a few hours on the saturday...had to pay for 2 days as office closed sat sfternoon and sunday.

Staff were very efficient and courteous. Vehicle was immaculate. Aside from that, I'd phoned around and searched online looking for deals, and VW hire were among the cheapest, plus they don't have any 'hidden' extras. Waiver was included in the price, deposit was by far the least and no credit card needed, debit card I used to book sufficed. Would definitely use again and recommend to my family/friends should they need a rental.
