Yet another excellent experience with this company. We travel every September to Lille and hire a VW Transporter Kombi. Have been using the same company for the last six years and, as usual, the service we received was fantastic. Everything is prepared for when I collect the van and the service is extremely efficient and helpful. The price of renting the vehicle for five days is extremely competitive, and one of the major reasons for repeatedly using the company.
Whenever I return the van, I immediately book another for the following year - fantastic service!!

I spoke to Jay a couple of months before our trip to France to hire a LWB Combi van, when we arrived to collect the van was waiting and the handover was seamless. Upon return I arrived as requested and was out of the office within 10 minutes after Jay thoroughly inspected. Would like to say a big Thank You to Jay who was very polite and respectful throughout the process.
If you are looking to hire a vehicle I would certainly recommend.

Very helpful and adaptable but most importantly quick and inexpensive

Had a little hiccup with the online booking system which allowed me to book a car that wasn’t available, but Jay did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to sort it out. He kept me informed and up to date and although it was a few hours later than planned got me a car. So a big thank you to Jay for his efforts. Second car rented and I will be booking again.

Quick and easy service to use. I’ve used multiple other car hire companies, and by far rent-a-car has been the best.

You are guaranteed to get the car you book unlike other companies (no names mentioned but starts with a E and ends in Car) where they will either give you a smaller car or cancel you last minute) also better value for money!

One of the easiest pickups and drop offs- will definitely be using again!
