We're sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the return of your security deposit.
We've looked into this and can confirm that the security deposit was released by the rental location on the morning after the vehicle was returned.
Once a deposit has been released, the time it takes for the funds to appear back in your account can vary depending on your bank or card provider's processing times.
If the funds have not yet appeared in your account, we would recommend contacting your bank or card provider, who will be able to provide an update on the status of the transaction.

I’ve used VWFS several times
I’ve used VWFS several times, they are local and reasonably priced. Car pick up was quick this time ad they now know me. Very pleasant surprise to be upgraded from a Skoda Kodiaq to a Skoda Octavia estate auto which was perfect for the distance travelled this time. My only wish would be for the car to be washed before collection.

First time using this car rental…
First time using this car rental service. It took a bit of time processing the car rental pick up nearly over an hour. We got a great car. Upon leaving we discovered the charger was for ‘C’ charging devices and not USB plugin. It pays to check. The return was quicker. Nice friendly service.

Very reasonable rental costs
Very reasonable rental costs. Easy to book and convenient locally to pick up and drop off. Skoda Kodiaq was excellent for the 3 days, and was clean and comfortable.

We hire a car every year, but this was the first time with VWFS Rent-a-Car.
It was so easy, car was great and customer service excellent.

Best in the area
The most reasonably priced hire place in the area, they don’t raise it just because it is near the date you want it like other places. VW Polo was very comfortable, economical and fast enough to get you out of trouble if needed. The Lane-Keep assist is great, especially on long straight boring roads. Rebecca was super nice and helpful, recommended.

2nd experience at VWFS
2nd experience at VWFS. Straightforward, no fuss as I had rented from them before and their whole system was prepopulated. I waset by Rebecca in the branch and Shannon over teams and both ladies were extremely kind and helpful.
The most simple return procedure too. I wouldn't choose other rental companies if I've got VWFS nearby.
