I was arranging for the Hire of a Top End Car From the otherside of the Country. I was struggling to do this because most of the Car Hire Companies only Took Bookings online. This All Changed when I Contacted Yeomans Volkswagen Van Centre and Spoke to The Rental Manager Mr George Kelly on the Phone. What I had failed to Arrange on line in two days of trying, Was Sorted out in 5 Minutes. It was Finally so Easy Because I Could Speak to an Understanding, Helpful and Accommodating Person. George sorted it all out in No time. When I arrived as arranged about, about a week later. Somebody who had rented the vehicle earmarked for my rental had slightly damaged it. George Immediately Pointed this out to me and Offered me the Choice of that vehicle or a Free Upgrade to a Brand New 7 seater Car. This I Chose to Accept. When my Rental Period was over 3 Days Later I Returned the Vehicle at the Agreed time in The Same Perfect condition as I had received it. I was warmly Greeted by George &
offered a Hot drink while he checked the Vehicle over. I was duly told that everything was fine, and my Deposit would be returned to my Card within 3-5 Days. This Happend within 3 days as it transpired. George Even looked up the Bus into town for me and Said it was fine to wait there until my Bus was due. I Could Fault Nothing About the Service, Vehicle or any aspect of my hiring Experience. So have no hesitation in giving a 5 out 5 Rating. I will definitely be using them again when the need presents itself.

Hidden gem! Volkswagen & George got me going at a moments notice. See you again next month

Great service from George, who was helpful and thorough. Excellent VW Polo, unlike a lot of clunky and awkward rental models. Collected from Exeter St David’s Station and taken to site-an essential service. Drop off on a Sunday straightforward (a taxi required to return to station-booked for us on pick up). All at a very good price. They made the logistics of our trip work.

Amazingly helpful when my car broke down at work in a different city. Delivered hire car to my house so it was there when I got home. And was very helpful and flexiable about the return. I will definitely use again and would recommend.

George and the Team were superb. We got let down by another rental company that sounds like Genterprise Rent a Car. Extremely professional services and the car we were given was brand new and came with no hidden charges. Will be coming back again and again. See you soon George & team.

Fantastic experience! I recently rented a car from VWFS for the first time, and the experience was surprisingly smooth. The staff were excellent and guided me through the process, explaining everything clearly. The vehicle was brand new which made my trip even better. Overall, as a first-time renter, VWFS and George made the experience hassle-free and easy to use. Will definitely be booking again in the future and highly recommend this service.
