A very pleasant experience indeed and the paper works were simple and straight forward. Sarah was the best and make us very welcome. We have already recommended it to our Malaysian friends! Keep up the good work. You should promote your service more aggressively!

I wouldn't go anywhere else now even though VWFS are a bit harder for me to get to. The service is so easy and friendly, the cars are excellent, and they're clearly not out to gouge you on the excess for small scratches.

It was a mixed bag, I got an electric ID3, it was neat and clean and fully charged when I got it. Everything went well till one morning the car went into an SOS mode, saying call for help. This is where everything went south, the official help line was the regular VW helpline who offered to send a team which I didn't wait for because the car was still drivable, they offered me an appointment for service in two weeks too! I was not into that long a commitment with a rental car, so I let that pass. I reached Durham on Saturday afternoon and there was no one from the rental agency available to look at the car or offer advise on phone as they worked only half day, luckily for me there were people in the Pulman VW sales office and the manager there just gave me his car, saving my day. I cannot thank the man enough for his kindness, I didn't even ask his name, which I realized only after I left. Overall nice cars and people, no real customer support though.

The car I hired was fantastic to drive and great value for money. Picking up the car was completely hassle free and Sarah was very helpful I wouldn't hesitate to come back if I need to hire another car

Once again excellent service and value from the guys at Pullman car rental. Incredible value rental rates and Shak and Claire go out of their way to accommodate you. Forget the big International companies if you need to rent a car in the North East don't hesitate to use Pullman rental.

Competitive rates and friendly service. Hire care was in great condition, clean and tidy. Sarah and Shahkiel couldn’t have been more helpful. Easy pick up and drop off. I would definitely recommend and hire from VWFS rent a car again.

Very disappointing, turned up to collect our hire car which had been booked 5 months in advance to find out the car was not here it was in Yorkshire, this is because pullman let one of their staff hire the car on the Friday before hand . This shows me they don't have any consideration for their customers shocking service . Especially one of the managers based there his words " well if it was enterprise they would have just cancelled our booking . Offered us 2 5 seater cars as there was six which was pointless as we have 3 cars but a member of our family is unable to drive long distance , fsir to say I don't recommend vwfs to hire a car from useless

This is our second year/rental with VWFS in Durham. Both rentals a superior experiences. Shahkiel and his associates are top notch. These rentals have been a completely different experience than ANY one we've had in the States. The US companies would do well to learn from VWFS about how to do it.

Employee, Shahkiel is so professional and very helpful. The rental car (id.3 electric) was clean and lovely to drive. I was able to extend my rental at very short notice, which wasn't a problem and also cancel my rental before the date I had arranged. Shahkiel sorted this out for me and refunded the difference. I would highly recommend hiring a car from here.
