Easy to book, friendly and efficient service. Clean car.

A more comprehensive handover to start is needed! The car was new and the sat nav did not match the car’s manual. So, without written instructions a person new to the area is necessary not someone who knows just pushing buttons and expecting a senior to be able to follow. This being the case, this being the case the whole reason to hire was not accomplished.

Such a smooth, quick and painless process from booking to collection to return. Professional friendly staff, great showroom location. So much better than other car hire companies - you actually get the car you asked for - seems obvious, but certainly not the case with only companies!

Hired a Superb DSG for a work trip to London…collection was quick and hassle free thanks to Tyler at Simpsons Colne.
The car was brand new…it had only 9 miles on the clock! Whilst down there, I needed to extend the rental by a further 24 hours but this was no problem for Tyler and was dealt with swiftly with a phone call.
Upon return, the handover was handled swiftly and efficiently. I will certainly be using them again and will have no hesitation in recommending them to colleagues who need to hire a car.

Hired a car for 5 days over the Christmas break. Was contacted a couple of days beforehand offering me a free upgrade to an automatic model Karoq...gratefully accepted. Tyler was very friendly, professional and effecient sorting out the car. Fabulous car, almost new and very clean. Tyler answered all my questions about the car and I was off. Brought the car back an hour early but Richard efficiently checked it over. I was only there 5 mins. I got a phone call later in the day to say my deposit had been refunded. A very easy experience and one I'd be happy to repeat. Oh and the price...was the cheapest locally, thanks Simpsons 😊

The ONLY company I could find that would rent a car to me with 9 points on my licence! (They’re all from speeding) also one of the cheapest! Was provided with a new car that was clean and great to drive! Would 100% use their services again! Tyler was amazing from start to finish and I couldn’t recommend them more!

Comprehensive choice of suitable vehicles available. The car we choose even had an instruction manual in the glove box - first time ever in our car rental experience.
