I rented a van for 3 days. This was the best value van rental in Bristol. The van was new and in good condition, the staff were helpful and friendly, and there were no hidden fees.

The best van hire experience i have ever had. John was so helpful with top class customer etiquette.
We hired the van to drive through Europe and it was such a good van to drive which made our journey of 3500 smooth and no issues.

Vehicle - Modern - Not cleaned between hire as only just received back prior to pick up - Paperwork of last two rentals left in van.
Fuel - very high fuel consumption - Completed 190miles and over £70 diesel used - mainly motorway work - light load - 6th gear within speed limits - Question if issue with van.

I was really surprised by the relaxed and super friendly manner in which John handled our rental. I was very mindful about taking really good care of the van I was entrusted with, and John was able to put my mind at ease and enable me to really enjoy the rental experience. I would definitely return and use this branch again (with the support of John) for all future rentals. I have insufficient words to further express how happy I was with the whole rental experience.

John was again very easy to deal with, quick and courteous and very helpful.

Well at the drop of a hat they saved my bacon, my car broke down so couldn't visit family who came from Australia. Same day they had me a car within the hour of enquiry, friendly service from the start, very helpful and informative right to the end of hire. Thank you very much for the amazing cat too.

Superb service from the staff at VW; an excellent late model car in impeccable condition and cleanliness for an extraordinarily good price. This vehicle rental service from VW beats all the big-name rental companies hands down and deserves to be better known. I would thoroughly recommend it

I had a fantastic experience renting a car from VWFS. They were very helpful clarifying the paperwork needed as a British national but living abroad and with a driving license from the Netherlands. Friendly service when picking up and delivering the car. Also a fair assessment of a scratch I left on the car, with an appropriate cost. I will certainly be using their services again when visiting the UK.

Impeccable service. Vehicle collection and return was swift and fuss free. Zero scams in terms of 'extra' insurance and quibbles that you might find with EuroCar etc.

I hired a VW Tiguan from VWFS rent-a-car in Bristol. Their pricing was great and service was fantastic. I would certainly recommend them and willl be considering them first for any future hire needs I have.
