As the ticket progressed the support person took less and less responsibility for the challenge at hand. To the point of becoming argumentative.
My entire setup was ordered and configured as per your company following every step. This means your company does not get to pass the buck and say stupid time wasting statements like "Call Microsoft".

Poor server management
The company server management team is terrible. They respond very slow and mostly busy in misguiding due to lack of knowledge. My server is getting too many errors, and their focus is only to make money by every ways. In comparison to the market, their server cost is exceptionally high.
