Efficient, reliable and commendable service from both Gina + Hannah.
From start to finish I was reassured by Gina that she’d work her magic in transferring the number of a lost sim. Using an old iPhone 11 was hindered with a shadow of doubt.
Accompanied later on by Hannah they were the perfect duo creating not only an ambient atmosphere but a helpful and informative process should it ever happen again.
Tipping my hat off to the team at Vodafone Parliament street. 5 stars well deserved!

Sally's Amazing Help
Sally gave us amazing effort and assistance in our requests and order. This was very well appreciated as we didn't know much about the WiFi line which she helped us understand and gave us outstanding customer service which we think should be recognised and rewarded.

Great Service from Ellie at Vodaphone…
Great Service from Ellie at Vodaphone in York last week. I had paid my new phone off early and was confused regarding my contract and what options were available to me. Ellie sorted me out a new contract with more extras included at a cheaper price with no price increases next month. Thank you Ellie!

Spoke to the team about renewing my mobile contract. Told me I was tied in although I was at the end of my fixed term. Then approached another company and got a better deal. Refuse to go back to Vodafone!!!!

Fantastic customer service
Nick at York is fantastic and has been upgrading our family phones for years. I find phone upgrades very stressfull but Nick reassures me and sorts out all my apps, phone settings and data. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend.

How disapointing
How disapointing. At first initializing and connection of the new broadband business service went very smoothly. Customer service was attentive and helpful. Sadly this fell short with the VOIP/ Landline connection. It has been a week now and we are still without a phone line which was promised by today after many attempts to get satisfaction. The phone call promised today did not transpire either. It is nearing the 14 day cut off where we will have to make a decision to stay or go. Customer service is great when things are going well!

After contacting Vodafone on 5 separate days l am no further forward in resolving my fault on the landline.Told by different people that they have solved my problem.This is not the case,my phone can connect with a number but cannot receive calls as it always engaged

Our visit to the vodafone store
On our arrival we had to wait a short while. We were then seen by a lovely person called Caitlin. She was relatively new to the company, she was very friendly, knowledgeable and understood our needs. It took awhile for everything to be finalised as the computers were on a go slow but Caitlin gave very good customer service. Going into the store again at a later date and will be asking for Caitlin

Excellent Service
I was having problems activating my 7GB unlimited calls and texts 30 day bundle. Jay and Luke walked me through the process and I was good to go by the time I left the shop. They were extremely friendly, helpful, efficient and very professional and I would recommend them and Vodafone York.

Phone upgrade
If you want to buy or upgrade your phone then this is the place to go. All the staff were polite and courteous and in particular Hannah who dealt with us was just how you would like the process to be no pressure to buy or pushed into a contract you don’t want very informative and helpful with good understanding in finding what would work for the individual. Thanks Hannah for all your help.

Caitlin and jay dealt with an elderly couple and their service was excellent. They we’re patient calm and understanding of the elderly couples struggle with a technical issues. It was service at the highest In my opinion.

I popped into vodafone today after…
I popped into vodafone today after 3years to have help with some viruses on my phone. I was met with Sidra who was able to clear everything out.
She was also able to spend time with me to check my account and was able to do my upgrade for a new and better phone, and they were able to transfer all my data for me too!
So so pleased i was met with empathy and consideration..
