Helpful staff
The staff, in my local store are so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and any hiccup is promptly sorted swiftly.
Ashley particularly, is so good with people who aren’t savvy with smartphones/IT, always kind and patient.

Outstanding Customer Service
After a two hour Web chat, the problem remained unresolved. I decided to visit the Vodafone shop in Sudbury, within ten minutes, everything was fixed, up and running again. Ash, the advisor, was brilliant. Helpful, calm and professional. It just proves, as we are increasingly pushed towards faceless online solutions. The true customer experience is always going to be face to face. Pay them a visit, you will not be disappointed.

Roaming abroad
I popped in to enquire about roaming whilst abroad and get some help setting it up (I'm a pensioner) and I came away with a new plan £4 month cheaper, including free roaming, all sorted! Friendly, helpful, fantastic. Thankvyou

A Human Touch
It's the human, kind, patient and helpful approach. I went in with my concerns and left satisfied with the answers given to my queries and the changes made.
The Sudbury Vodafone venue is relevant to senior citizens like me and my husband. At a time when machines are taking over communication with businesses, Manager Kurt and his colleagues offer understanding and support that are much needed. They deserve our true thanks.

Went into Sudbury store
Went into Sudbury store, to upgrade to a new sim, didn't catch the advisor's name but very helpful and friendly, made sure I understood everything. Would definitely recommend people use the Sudbury store.

I wish I could remember the guys name…
I was served at Vodafone in Sudbury by a great guy called Ash. He was excellent such a nice person chatty and explained everything perfectly. He upgraded my son’s phone and even got me to sign up for an iPad and a fantastic price. Both the men in there have excellent customer service skills.

I was looking to replace a phone and…
I was looking to replace a phone and maybe change to a different provider. I popped into the store at Sudbury in Suffolk and was given a friendly welcome by Ash. I discussed with him what I was looking for and he offered some great advice and found a very good deal on a new phone contract. I decided to go with the deal. Great shop, Ash is very helpful and Id highly recommend the Vodafone shop in Sudbury
