After breaking my phone I popped into…
After breaking my phone I popped into the store and spoke to a lady who helped upgrade which I was called back to work, the lady was fully understanding and arranged for me to come back the following morning to continue, she was very helpful friendly and understanding and very polite and knowledgeable which made things very easy especially for me as I have very little knowledge regarding modern technology, very good communication understanding and customer service highly recommended.

Ash was polite, extremely knowledgeable and very efficient.
The staff also handled a difficult situation with an angry customer in a very professional way whilst l was in the shop.
I could not fault the service at all.

Heba was phenomenal! I went in for a pay as you go sim for my nan and left with a new phone for myself on a cheaper contract too! Heba needs a raise! She was amazing! Thank you vodafone!
